Close to station and main attractions. Cleanliness and professionalism of staff.

Chandeliers and wood paneling in Deluxe Suite bedrooms says it all. Mixed with state-of-the-art bathroom, marble staircases and a very interesting breakfast room with a "lake" in the centre (as everyone nicknamed it) made a great stopover night. Excellent overall. Shame it's in a slightly sleezy area, but with doormen, card entry and parking security (you'll be charged 15 Euros to park out the front of the hotel on the street but there's a guy watching over it and it's safe enough so I suppose that's fair) that didn't matter. Everyone slept like logs. Couldn't ask for more. If I'm back in Brno, that'll be the only choice and we'd all be back.

The few Fire Escapes I could see seemed to be locked on all floors. Only exit seemed to be the main staircase at the centre of the hotel. Saying that in the Deluxe Suites in the corners of the building (4 on each floor) you could open the massive windows wide and potentially get out on the tiled roof and down. A minor point but the only one thing I think could be improved to bring it up to Western standards.

Even though in non smoking room on a non smoking floor, at night cigarette smoke got in our room while sleeping.

Every one talks at least more than one more language extra as CZ. Always someone at the reception. Good informed staff about the city. Exelent breakfast tables.

Location was very convenient, easy to find, easy to walk to center of the city.

Car parking was facing to a busy street, so a little bit scary to get out of it.

the breakfast was excellent. the room was large and confortable. the hotel is in the city centre and right in front of the railway station, easy to find.
