The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast buffet was very good. The beds were very good. We enjoyed our stay very much! |

The staff is very friendly and helpful, very good location. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The price is reasonable, value for money. If you don't need luxury hotel - this one is really ok. Some small renovation works could be done - there were a few small defects in our room. |

Sehr gute Lage im Ort. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Sehr gute Küche und großes Getränkeangebot. Badeinrichtung sauber und ordentlich, entsprechen aber nicht mehr denn heutigen Anforderungen. |

Das Harrachov Inn präsentiere sich uns als angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger aber trotzdem zentraler Lage. Ausreichend großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das durchaus reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet präsentierte sich auch nach dem Besuch einer Busgruppe so, als sei es gerade erst angerichtet worden. Dank aufmerksamen Personals wurden zu Neige gehende Platten sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Auch das Abendessen bei Halbpension gab keinen Anlass zur Kritik, wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! Die Zufahrt zum Hotel von der Straße könnte beleuchtet sein, wenn man als Fußgänger am Abend zum Hotel zurückkehrt geht man einige Meter in völliger Dunkelheit |

Als wir ankamen ,gab es eigentlich kein Essen mehr, man hatte es aber für uns aufgehoben. Das war echt Klasse. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Preis im 4-Bettzimmer umwerfend. |

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältn is,gästeorientiertes freundliches Personal,gute Lage mit Blick auf Teufelsberg und Sprungschanzen des Ortes,Essen und Trinken gut,(Pilsner Urquell vom Faß!). Ich müßte schon sehr suchen um etwas zu kritisieren.Das tue ich aber nicht . |

Dobra organizacja przekazywania kluczy i informacji pomimo, że nasz przyjazd miał miejsce w weekend tzn. w czasie nieobecności personelu hotelu. Brak drogowskazów prowadzących do hotelu. W przypadku braku nawigacji znalezienie hotelu jest bardzo trudne. |

Bardzo przytulny i kameralny hotel w formie pensjonatu. Personel miły i pomocny, można porozumieć się w języku polskim. Śniadania obfite i smaczne, duży wybór. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna - blisko do szlaku, blisko do wyciągu. Piękne widoki z okna hotelu, między innymi na skocznie narciarskie. Hotel dobry na wypoczynek, dookoła cisza i spokój. Godny polecenia W pokoju przydałby się czajnik do parzenia kawy i herbaty |

Hotel má výbornou polohu, uprostřed parků, přesto přímo v centru! Personál ochotný a přátelský. Kvalitní snídaně i večeře. Velmi dobrá cena. Krátký, ale velmi příjemný pobyt. |

Výborný hotel s dobrým zázemím, dobrá obsluha v restauraci, bohatý výběr jídel při snídani, hotel je výborně posazený do okolního prostředí pod lyžařským skokanským areálem upravené okolí hotelu, dobré možnosti parkování. |

Sehr gute Lage. Für eine Städtetour gut geeignet, da sehr zentral und praktisch gelegen. Gutes besonders von der Lage her gesehenes "Mittelklasse" Hotel. Service / Personal sind ok, hoch motiviert und sprachlich sehr gut ausgebildet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß an Auswahl und die Zutaten waren frisch. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. |
