The staff is very friendly and helpful, very good location. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The price is reasonable, value for money. If you don't need luxury hotel - this one is really ok. Some small renovation works could be done - there were a few small defects in our room. |

bardzo miła obsługa, serwowane śniadania bardzo dobre, umiejscowienie hotelu idealne - blisko do szlaku, w zimie bliziutko do wyciągu, skoki można oglądać w tv w pokoju i jednocześnie na żywo z balkonu :) raczej brak zastrzeżeń - pokoje nie wyglądają jak na zdjęciach na stronie hotelu - ale jest w sam raz :) |

Podczas pobytu podobał mi się personel hotelu, bardzo pomocny i miły.Można sie dogadać spokojnie po polsku. Jedyny minus to temperatura w pokoju, jak na ta porę roku było dość zimno, trezba było na noc włączać kaloryfery. |

Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Probleme schnell erfüllt. Für Kinder gibt es einen eigens eingerichteten großzügigen Spielraum. Die Gastronomie (insbesondere das Frühstück) war abwechselungsreich, gut und ausreichend. Das Harrachov Inn ist kein Luxushotel. Es ist zwar alles sauber und ordentlich, doch klemmende Türen oder nicht immer schließende Fenster müssen in Kauf genommen werden. Der Zahn der Zeit hat an einigen Stellen des Hotels seine Spuren hinterlassen. Trotzdem würden wir wieder dort buchen. |

Umfassendes Frühstücksbuffet, gute bodenständige Küche, unkomplizierte Zimmerübernahme und -übergabe, sehr gute Parkplatzmöglichkeit, ruhige Lage aber schnell im Zentrum, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderrouten Objektsanierungsrückstau, veraltete Fenster etc., |

ruhige Lage, trotzdem im Zentrum gelegen; vom Balkon Blick auf die Schanzen, Zimmer waren geräumig, insbesondere das Bad, gemütlicher Freizeitraum, Personal spricht deutsch Zimmer wurden während 4-tägigem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt |

Hotel spelnil nasze oczekiwania pod wgledem lokalizacji, sniadania bardzo dobre, pokoj przestrzenny z balkonem, czystko, choc przydaloby sie odnowic lazienki. Bardzo mily Pan z recepcji. Parking przed hotelem bez oplat. |

Die netten mitarbeiter sind sicherlich eine erwähnung wert. das preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist gut. wir hatten übernachtung mit frühstück gebucht. dieses war für die preisklasse gut und ausreichend. Innerhalb einer Woche Aufenthalt, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn das Zimmer mal vom Staub befreit worden wäre. |

zwei von sieben Tagen wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Schmutzige Handtücher wurden wieder aufgehangen!!!! Betten wurden an 3 Tagen gar nicht gemacht. |

Velice dobrý a profesionální přístup pracovníků recepce, obsluhy v restauraci, pohodová atmosféra. Bylo by dobré, aby se dalo vyvětrat pouze větračkou, museli jsme otvírat balkonové dveře. |
