The location and the area in which it is situated are ideal. There are building works which make the stay very difficult and which should not really be tolerated. The builders are doing their best but it is effectively a building site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

the apartment was in the middle of town. Everything was very close. By the re-building of one floor, there was a lot of noise. We stay there 10 days, but only once clean towels. And only one time, they cleaned the room. |

The ocation of the hotel is excellent - exactly 3 minutes walk to the Old Town Square and 7 minutes to the Wenceslas Square. The size of the apartment is much bigger than a standard hotel room not to mention a small but your own kitchen. The staff was very responsive - they reacted immediately even if you just leave a note at the reception door (apart from the case with the corkscrew) The apartment floors weren't clean enough when we arrived. The corkscrew was broken when we came and it took them 2 days to replace it. The light in the public areas of the building worked badly at night - I had to use the mobile as a torch. The walls are too thin so you can hear people from the other apartments talking at night. Some of the neighbours were way too noisy |

Bathroom and kitchen simple but ok. Good location. There was a loud renovation upstairs in the building, disturbing in the afternoon and in the morning. Very poor mattresses on the bed, the bed falling apart a bit, not a very hygienic sofa in the living room, without any cushions, not comfortable to sit. The TV is places just below the ceiling, very uncomfortable to watch. In general quite loud from the street and the renovation - horrible. |

The place was very clean and fairly spacious for Europe. The location was very central--making it easy to get around. There was a little to no hotwater the first day, but to the credit of the staff they moved us to another room. Much of the hotel was under construction and it gave a creepy feeling in the halls---which were not continuously illuminated but worked on a motion detector. At times we could not "activate" it so it was very dark. |

Right in the centre of Prague, two minutes from Wenceslas Square. Very reasonable for a nice large appartment with kitchen, so you don't have to eat out all the time. Lovely bathroom, great water pressure, always hot water and a bidet. The wireless internet works. Friendly receptionist, helpful. Nearly all the TV channels were in Italian! Apparently this Residence mainly caters for Italian tourists. The collection service from airport was a little pricy in comparison with taxis, but worth it for peace of mind when you arrive not knowing the city. The kitchen could do with a microwave though and there was no frying pan. |

in the middle of town, quiet environment, two-level appartment with one bedroom upstairs and one down reception not available during the day, just during a few hours; breakfast is in a nearby restaurant, not in the facility itself. |

Ideally located. We weren't given the apartment we booked on the internet due to technical difficulties. There is a lot of building work going on. Was disappointed we had to split our party up. |

Havelska is easy to find and utterly central. However, the street location is not choked with tourists. A microwave is needed. The TV channels are surprisingly limited. Very late at night, the street below the windows can get rather noisy. |

Apartment was in fantastic location, basic but nice accommodation obviously recently renovated with new fridge and bathroom, plenty hot water, quiet at night, simple and quick check-in and out. Didn't have many dealings with staff but any time we dealt with them they were polite and helpful, overall great value for basic clean accommodation in fantastic location. Lift was slightly old but worked OK, construction going on in the other floors which woke us one morning out of 4, movement sensor for light in hallway is near lift, if you are coming from your room it is very dark in hallway until you get to the stairwell |

The room was clean and in a great location. Most of the building was under construction and the elevator did not work well. |

It is situated in a perfect position, 50mt far from wenceslaw square and staromestske namesti. The apartment was very well furnished and also there is a tesco (supermarket) close to it. Tv had many channels in different languages. Arriving to the apartment is instead, awful. There is a long corridor which ends to a lift that has no door. The whole situation remembers an horror film. It just scares. You get calm just when you get in your apartment. Reception is open from 10am to 6pm but you have keys to open the main gate. |

Excellent location. The room was clean, warm. There was Wi-Fi internet connection in the room that worked fine. The staff was helpful, although the reception quite often was closed. There was no electric kettle as we checked in, but it was given to us when we asked for it. Nobody seemed to clean the room which is not much of a problem if you stay for just a couple of days, but if one stays for a week it becomes a problem. Also the shower seemed to leak. |
