Very comfortable stay, friendly staff, good spa/gym facilities and a small pool even, and a great location in the very centre of old Prague City. I thought the breakfast was pricey, especially when the menu was limited compared to many other Hotels of its Class ! |

the hotel has superb location in Prague downtown making anything to visit in walking distance; relatively small and convenient hotel although typical large international hotel would be expected due to Hilton brand (which actually is the other Hilton hotel in Prague) overpriced parking fee and price for breakfast |

Easy access to the city of Prague. Everything is so close. As we don't mind walking around a city as its the best way to see it. There was a Airport transfer bus on the same street as the hotel. Just outside the HSBC bank. Which is a good offer of 120Kc per person to get you back to the airport. The hotel itself had free internet access. Comfortable beds. There was a lot of confusion when we first arrived at the hotel. As it appeared that the hotel did not have the correct details. Like how long I intended to stay or the correct personal details. After some discussion I was able to sort out the problem. But not a good way to start your stay in a hotel. |

The hotel was great. They upgraded us to a bigger room because we needed a cot for our daughter. The hotel was walking distance from the old town square The pool was kind of cold for our daughter but no big deal |

Location, clean room, high standard of room equipment. No matter the fare in Euro you book at booking.com the hotel uses their own exchange rate to Czech Crowns and then if you want to pay in EUR the hotel again calculates the prices in Euro, which, no surprise, makes the prices higher than agreed. The staff "expects" to be tipped, which I personally don't like. |
