When we arrived at the hotel there was an issue and they had double booked the standard room , they automatically upgraded us to an executive suite and this had access to the executive lounge which was superb and a few evenings were spent in the Skybar Cloud 9 and we loved the staff and the view of the city The staff in the executive lounge where we had breakfast were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are definitely looking forward to visiting Prague again and are considering staying at the Hilton and bringing the children this time as the facilities were excellent. Everything about the hotel was fantastic from the room to the staff ( Jana in the executive lounge, porters, concierge and the receptionist Roxlana were lovely). Overall we had a fantastic time and were very sad to leave.

We were very surprised to see adults getting undressed outside the entrance to the sauna room and walking around this area naked. Did not think this was appropriate as young children were present and children were opening the doors to see naked people in the sauna.

Good location, good facilities

Too expensive, ridiculously slow checkout (more than 30 mins)

Hotel staff broke into the room at 4ish am, after complained to the duty manager (who never showed up at our room to understand the details nor try to explain the situation in person), we were only told that our door was not closed properly. Double-locked with door latch on were still claimed as not properly locked, it's obvious that they knew we were two single gals traveling together. Told the duty manager that their explanation was not acceptable, her attitude went even worse.

The room was well designed for the comfort of the guess. The storage space, which is usually a problem when you stay in a hotel, was large enough and convenient. The existance of an iron and the ironing board, the arrangement of the hair dryer was well thought of. There were enough dress hangers in the closet. These may look like small details, but they make the difference..

The location was not very convenient for sight-seeing. It may be better for a business person who always takes a cab and does not have to come back for relaxing during sight- seeing. Another small point is that we had to ask for slippers. Given all the amenities provided, slippers should also be there.

We upgraded to the executive floor based on the recommendation of the reception manager. This was a good choice. While the regular rooms are very nice the executive floor as expected is a step above. Breakfast and snacks are included and some deserts and drinks available at no cost.

As a 5 star hotel Wi Fi should be available at no cost.

в пятизвёздочном отеле не должны стоять пузатые телевизоры, и были удивлены когда оказалось, что завтрак не входит в стоимость номера, да и номера пора ремонтировать.

Hotel favoloso, hall spettacolare, camere molto grandi. Colazione eccellente e ricchissima. Ascensori panoramici interni che la sera quando salgono nell'hotel lasciano senza fiato. Piscina, centro benessere casino'....di tutto di piu' per non parlare del lounge bar al nono piano..andateci e mi direte. In venti minuti a piedi siete al centro. Scelta perfetta. Uno degli alberghi piu' belli mai visti. Il giudizio "ottimo" su booking non mi sembra adeguato, direi favoloso.

Unica pecca e' che trovo assurdo che un hotel di questa categoria non abbia ancora I televisori lcd nelle stanze.

Leider wurde so nah an deutschland nur englisch gesprochen. Barpersonl sehr unfreundlich.der hotelgast wird schlechter bedient als die einheimischen gäste.
