Hilton Prague  

Our Stay at Hilton Prague was amazing, it is one of the best hotels I have ever visited and the whole stay was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are perfect and clean. The Breakfast was very good,tasty and had a lot of options. Thank you Hilton!

When we arrived at the hotel there was an issue and they had double booked the standard room , they automatically upgraded us to an executive suite and this had access to the executive lounge which was superb and a few evenings were spent in the Skybar Cloud 9 and we loved the staff and the view of the city The staff in the executive lounge where we had breakfast were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are definitely looking forward to visiting Prague again and are considering staying at the Hilton and bringing the children this time as the facilities were excellent. Everything about the hotel was fantastic from the room to the staff ( Jana in the executive lounge, porters, concierge and the receptionist Roxlana were lovely). Overall we had a fantastic time and were very sad to leave.

We were very surprised to see adults getting undressed outside the entrance to the sauna room and walking around this area naked. Did not think this was appropriate as young children were present and children were opening the doors to see naked people in the sauna.

The Hotel staffs are mostly friendly. The lobby is very nice.

The room isolation is not well done. You can hear the voices from noisy guests in corridor late at night. It will be nicer if the Internet flat rate will be inclusive. Very excellent swimming pool.

We upgraded to the executive floor based on the recommendation of the reception manager. This was a good choice. While the regular rooms are very nice the executive floor as expected is a step above. Breakfast and snacks are included and some deserts and drinks available at no cost.

As a 5 star hotel Wi Fi should be available at no cost.

Buffet breakfast

pool area was quite messy, small hot tub, room was ok for cleanliness but didn't stand out or have an abundance of towels.

I liked the quality of the service.

The most of the services including the spa was closed due to Christmas.

Internet is not free of charge and they are charging expensive.I Expected a wi-fi connection free for this kind of hotel

Old rooms, the same goes for sauna and pool. Fitness well equiped but no water to drink... I stayed in many hotels from 1 to 5 stars but was very disapointed by Hilton Prague. For the price and the reputation of Hilton groupvI would expect much more. In five star hotel I definitely expected slipers in the room, botle opener in the rom, shampaine at breakfast, renowed sauna, drinking water in fitness... And more personal tuch by employes.

Room size was good.

Location was a bit out of the way, for access to the Old Town. However, the Metro station was very close.
