I was staying in KING EXECUTIVE SUITE for 3 nights , Very clean suite and on the top flor of the hilton hotel, i liked the room service , and prompt dealing if you need it something, room service 2 times a day, using of the launch on the same floor from 9am to 11pm , my kids enjoy it too much and their first visit in prague whit the stay at this hilton hotel was pleasant.

Usage of swimming pool!! the water was super could and after 15 min in staying in it my kids had blue lips and fingers, we had to live :-( , for this kind of hotel they should manage it better and worm up the swimming pool. Staff at the breakfast, not very up to standart , we came to eat around 10am and the breakfast was served until 11am, I have 2 small kids and they are eating a bit slowly staff was reminding every 15 min that they will close the breakfast room and we must live, after paying 1300£ for the 3 nights in suite i deserve more respect, you dont see this kind of thinks in any of the UK hotels.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The bar is rich and handling is good. The pool is nice and works long enough. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had a very unpleasant surprise when we see that we are pulling in katrtice for a security deposit in the account is blocked not only the value of the hotel bill, but more 3 * 100EUR (100EUR per person). The whole amount has not been addressed at the Hilton hotel, but Queen hotel is even more confused. The front desk explained to us that is the hotel policy, but only after we experienced a nasty shock when he saw an excerpt from the card, and not advance as it should. Very ugly gesture because the hotel where there is a pre-payment to be defined or the reservation or the information to the user before pulling the card and not two days later, and at the insistence of the guest. The girl at the front desk was very rude as explaining that it is quite normal and well known. Serious failure and unpleasant experience. Of course the conditions were not same as at our buking.com account and at the end we charged VAT (which is by booking invoice was included in the price of all taxes VAT and city tax) and local taxes, with the explanation again at the reception that the hotel offer at the time was free of all charges, and they do not know what the booking.com offer.

Good location

Treatment of the reciption and the check out take from me 45 Min and almost lost my flight becouse of the reciption staff , they wanted to charge me more than my booking.com reservation and they did saying that this is in thier system and they will see booking about the price !!!! and they charge me 200 Euro more !!!? until I threat to call the police they cliam that they return the mony in the Visa which I dont belive .

the food in 8th floor is not so good, the breakfast need to be improved.

reception staff was very friendly .. the room was very beautiful .. the SPA was fantastic ..

Blocking many on the credit card is much more higher, then price. Is is difficult to understand.

Not alot , we stayed here because we were joining a cruise group . ,Breakfast was excellent .

No wifi in your room unless you pay for it long corridors , carpet need replacing . We were locked out of our room 3 times which ment we had to go back down to reception and get new door keys if we could make it through to our floor

Godd service , great location and excellent facilities, breakfast etc.

The breakfast was excellent. Location was very good and my girlfriend was given a lovely chocolate cake for her birthday, which was a nice surprise.

Some staff were lovely but some were quite stroppy. It didn't stop us enjoying out stay.

Rooms interior is not the latest fashion and needs an upgrade

Breakfast bufe' were really good, although the staff during breakfast were not particularly service minded.

This should not be rated a 5 star hotel according to our preferences, max 4. We got two non renovated, old smoking rooms. I cannot understand why they charge extra cost for WiFi, and still expect extra tip without providing any good service.

Too busy - conferences, too impersonal, too expensive - not value for money, VAT was actually 14% not 10% as quoted by Bookings.com, Hot water was not hot enough. Heater was not hot enough. After spending 12,000 kn they asked me to pay an extra 15kn city tax. I asked them to shift my luggage to Hilton Old Town but they had no shuttle bus - had to pay 200 kn to relocate to Hilton Old Town with a Taxi. Hot spots difficult to find and maintain (would drop out a lot).

the staff behavior was inconsistent. check in was confusing and one of the staff was aggressive. breakfast is a waste.. i had it for 5 days and it was the same old weak breakfast.... my friend paid for breakfast on one day and chose to have a bagel from a nearby coffeeshop instead every other day..

La zona del SPA y piscina, amplitud de las habitaciones y del hotel. El trato del personal de recepción y restaurante bastante bueno, sobre todo comparado con lo desagradable que es la gente de esta ciudad. Si vuelvo a Praga repetiría en este Hotel.

La habitación era para 3 personas y en el baño solo ponian servicio (toallas, gel, et..) para 2 personas

Generalnie wszystko nam się podobało,szczególnie dostęp do strefy exclusive lounge. Z naszym dzieckiem bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas w tym hotelu I gorąco polecam.Sieć gwarantuje wysoki poziom usług I w tym hotelu jest na to potwierdzenie.

Płatny pokój zabaw dla dzieciaków z wyposaźeniem a la ikea-w tej cenie hotelu to trochę żenujące.drogi parking ale to nas jakoś nie przeraziło:-)

50 % номеров не имеют окон выходящих на улицу!! об этом нужно педупреждать - мало кто хочет жить с окнами которые открываются во внутренний застекленный двор где рестораны и рецепшн Бронировали номер с кроватью кинг сайз - кровать шириной 180 см! Какой это кинг сайз - это во всех номерах, мы проверяли В хилтоне подцепили ротовирусную инфекцию - потом я обратила внимание на завтраке - что тарелки и чашки плохо промыты Хилтон во всех странах мира это очень неплохие отели - этот же отель жалкое подобие -(
