wellness very soon on morning open, breakfest very rich, /but very expensive

The spa, swimming pool and sauna areas was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding with lots of choice.
It is modern. The staff is friendly.
Location is more for business travel as it is located in the new town area.
Location , GYM was great , the Bistro .. all were excellent ! i will definitely stay there on my next visit
WIFI is not free unless you have booked through your company "in case your company have a corp rate with Hilton "
Really comfy bed. Attentive attentive staff
The lighting in room was dim no overhead light so hard to do work for an extended period
Location and becouse the name is Hilton
This is my first time in Prague Hilton l book the room for three people me my wife and my son also l book thee single bed on the same time when the time l check in about at 5:30 pm when l got the room key go to my room l see only one queenbed l call to the front desk ask where is the other bed they said sorry I am going to put the other bed next 15 min. l said ok we going out for dinner. but when the time we finish dinner about 8 o'clock go back to the room still didn't put the bed yet my son call to front desk again they said because it was busy they forgot l am a very very Disappointed
Love Cloud nine bar but shame not open during the day nor outside seating at time of our stay. Love inner atrium and seating area. Well equipped gym.
On third visit to spa the steam room was ridiculously hot and I burnt my face even though I walked straight out after entering. I complained to spa staff who asked me to put my complaint in writing to support their comments questioning the heating. Reported to reception who did send a bottle of wine to my room as an apology but this is not what I expect at the Hilton.
Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet pool.
I expected the decor of the bedroom to be more impressive. It lacked a 5 star edge. No wifi in rooms. Also, the bar and restaurant had no atmosphere. Our dinner was spoiled as we inhaled cigar smoke from the smoker at the next table.
the club sandwich at the bar
difficult Wi-Fi reception
Eveything was good
Not being able to use the Wifi in the bedroom for free. You have to pay an extra 25 euros for it otherwise its free in the lobby.
Very friendly and cortious greetings at the main reception where I was informed that I could also check-in on the Executive Floor. I experienced the same friendliness at the check-in on the 8th floor. Very warm welcome by the guest relations manager. I could clearly see: people care. Any questions we had where addressed professionally and friendly either by the Concierge or the Service staff including the very friendly ladies in the Executive Lounge. The restaurant is a "must": excellent food, assorted wines and again very friendly and competent service staff. Overall I can highly recommend the Hilton in Prague
The Executive Lounge was extremely busy during breakfast time. People used computers or read newspapers after they were done and didn't make room for other guests.
If you like large hotels this one has nice architecture inside. Good food and good breakfast - at a price of course.
Twenty minutes to check out. The person sent me down the entrance for cars to get back to the parking, despite me asking three times where the elevator was. Wifi is payable and expensive.
Huge beautiful architecture great facilities
not close to the tube hotel taxi's very expensive, find an independent taxi company
the staff there
what I booked was the two double beds room and finally was given the twin beds room, not good
Hotel facilities were outstanding. cleanliness was excellent.
Price of Hilton Taxis Compared to normal standard taxis
Facility was very nice Nice to have cash converter in facility Really like Hilton cars which were quick and reliable. Good to know we as family had a ride back to hotel no matter where we were in Prague.
Room did not look anything like advertisement picture when booking. Locked fridge was lame. Most people bring items to cool which is off limits unless you have credit card on file...
All of it
The reception slow.
No problems at all.
No problems at all.
Cloud 9 bar was very nice and barmen were helpful and polite. Staff at reception and bell hpos etc were also helpful.
T5he Hilton Taxi servise. No meter in Taxi and prices ranged alot from one taxi ride to another. Seemed expensive, Get AAA Taxi instead.
Sky Bar (Cloud 9) - excellent view and good music. Nice swimming pool an gym Spacious and well equiped room Friendly staff
Was quite a few spiders - around the window - needed a good hoover.
Location was great. Food was delicious.
Way over priced for what it is. Charges for wifi in this day in age are ridiculous. Overnight parking almost $50. Charges for food were outrageous. Total waste of money. Much nicer places to stay in Prague which include a free breakfast and free wifi. Live and learn.
Great location. Excellent breakfast.
Very expensive daily parking.
