Opened in 2014 in the center of the city, the Grandior Hotel Prague features a restaurant and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, very close to public transportation.
Score from 1576 reviews Excellent
This modern business hotel is on the banks of the Vltava River, in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. President Hotel features a spa center and offers free Wi-Fi.
Score from 784 reviews Good
Centrally located in Prague’s Old Town, the major tourist attractions are within walking distance and the Na Příkopě shopping street and the Palladium mall are around the corner.
Score from 291 reviews Very good
The upscale Corinthia Hotel Prague stands on top of one of Prague's hills, 2 metro stops from the center. It offers panoramic city views and a top-floor spa with a swimming pool.
Score from 1851 reviews Very good
The reception slow.
No problems at all.
No problems at all.
Cloud 9 bar was very nice and barmen were helpful and polite. Staff at reception and bell hpos etc were also helpful.
T5he Hilton Taxi servise. No meter in Taxi and prices ranged alot from one taxi ride to another. Seemed expensive, Get AAA Taxi instead.
Sky Bar (Cloud 9) - excellent view and good music. Nice swimming pool an gym Spacious and well equiped room Friendly staff
Was quite a few spiders - around the window - needed a good hoover.
Great location. Excellent breakfast.
Very expensive daily parking.
Breakfast and modern hotel
Customer service very poor, specially in the Sky bar (9 floor)
Pricing in hotel ie food and drink need to revue prices compeared to eating and drinking out might get more people using hotel
The breakfasts were the most comprehensive I have ever had and I have stayed in many good hotels. The pool was good, although some parents could do with controlling their children somewhat better. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, as well as being attentive.
Considering this was a Hilton in a capital city, they were a bit stingy with the shampoo etc. in our room, as there were two of us. The location was poor, which meant a bit of a trek into and back from town each time we ventured out. Little things like not having a machine in the changing room to dry our trunks was somewhat surprising too, considering I have one at my local municipal baths. Is there a soap shortage in Prague I wonder?
the staff was very good, all spoke english very well. rooms are a bit small, but otherwise clean. best gym of any hotel i've ever stayed in!
the spa was a huge disappointment! got the 75min swedish massage which wasn't really a massage. was 70min of getting oil poured all over me by a lady that had to be 80 years old. again, extremely disappointed!
Large room, comfortable and spatious. All amenities are available on site, with additional restaurants, cafes, pubs, shopping and site seeing within a short walking distance. Staff are super friendly, speak english (and other languages), and are always available to help answer questions.
This hotel does allow smoking, but keeps them separate from non-smoking rooms. Be sure to specify which you prefer. Floors with smoking sections can smell pretty bad, but it seems to be limited to the hallways. The restaurants on site are very expensive (beers in Prague should not cost over 50 crowns - charging 180 crowns is crazy; breakfast is similarly over-charged). Recommend eating and drinking outside of this hotel as there are excellent venues in short walking distance. WiFi, although free in the lobby, is expensive to purchase in your room. However, the signal is strong when you do purchase it. The plusses to this hotel far outweigh the negatives.
Nice hotel overall
Prices for WiFi are absolutely ridiculous, had staff banging on door at 9 in the morning to ask to check the mini bar, tv was a joke, €15 to watch a movie out off the poorest selection of approx 10 movies, the hotel, room etc were nice was clean, we had no problems, but unreasonable prices for tv, Internet (€25/day), drinks etc so I wouldn't go back.
I got dirty smelly towels, had spiders in my room.
Nice view from the room.
Location was slightly out of town. The Ex. lounge, no dress code and age limit. AC could have been better.
We would like to thank the staff for the suprise champane for my wifes birthday.Excelent hotel we loved everything about it.
Lobby and the location
bathrooms were small and the beds were not comfortable
housekeeping and restaurant staff very attentive and friendly. Also it was my birthday , they must have noticed my birthday card in room and when we got back at the end of the day i had a beautful cake waiting, a very nice touch. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and breakfast had everything you could have wanted.
dogs allowed in hotel barking at 6 in the morning but we did get moved to a quieter room on request.
Free street parking. Good pool. Next to shops and metro. Impressive building.
Great location Great staff and concierge Good food plan in the executive floor
The location, walking distance from the centre. The look and facilities, very impressive atrium in the Hotel, it has some style. Sky Bar on Cloud9 is a must.
The room shows the age of the hotel, except the TV it looks all a bit too old. The bathroom is small, with a small bath tub/shower. I have seen better rooms for less price
Staff friendly and helpful Service brilliant Breakfast excellent!! Great size room
Sofa bed not very comfortable Few areas of family room in need of a little TLC
Staff were friendly and helpful Option to upgrade to executive level Breakfasts!! Liked pretty much everything and would fully recommend to anyone visiting Prague
Arriving too late to take full advantage of the executive lounge! Room a little small for 3 beds
Nice quiet room, good breakfast w/short walk to Metro/Tram/buses
Price and a little bit away from Centrum
Beautiful atrium wonderful flower displays welcoming ambience
Powerless shower Differing charges of hilton taxis when going to the same place
Loved the fact that the hotel is so visible on the skyline. Always knew that the cab was headed in the right direction in the night. Great breakfast spread! Awesome bistro. ATM on the premises which allowed for secure withdrawals on arrival.
Not necessarily a minus but it is like a mini-city inside. Huge hotel! Worked for us because of the American style amenities, like standard sized beds. Did not like the hotel cab service. Prague airport transfers had much better service with really polite and helpful drivers.
This is a great Hilton for the money. We stayed 2 nights. The staff are very sharp and friendly and the rooms are nice. The health spa and pool are awesome. The pool is large enough to swim some decent laps. The exercise room is huge with full gym style weights and treadmills- not the rinky-dink exercise room you would typically see in most hotels. Get the massage at the spa-its to die for. It runs around $100, but it is well worth it. These therapist know what they are doing. My wife and I were both blown away and totally de-stressed after our 5 hour packed train ride from Berlin. For about $170 a night including taxes, this hotel is a great value for the amenities. Yes, there are lots of boutique hotels around Prague, but if you want real American style amenities in a big way, this place has it. Really, it is better than many Hiltons I have stayed at in the US and the best price for value that we had on our trip.
They make up for the great price on the room with any food that you order. It gets very expensive even eating at the bistro inside the atrium area. Breakfast was also not included on our internet price, so they gouge you there as well. Just don't eat there. Bring some breakfast roles to your room, make coffee then get out of there and see the sights. It's not quite a reasonable walking distance from the old town, but a cab ride with a real cabbie who runs a meter come in under $10. Cabs outbound are all honest and run the meter. Ride to train station was also under $10. Wifi is not included in the room, but just head down to the atrium area, and its free.
