our room was on ground floor. this was a great bonus. kids found the various activities great. leisure centre also nice some staff may have to work on being a little more friendly |

very clean room with nice view on the mountains, location of the hotel - very close to the slopes, swimming pool, wellness center, sauna, jacuzzi - all in price; hotel has very good additional facilities - you can play squash, table tennis and an imitation of bowling:) great food in restaurants only several stuff members speak English, you have to pay additionally for parking |

The sport centrum was fun: bowling, ping pong, billard.... The pool on photos looks huge, it is quite small and not very welcoming |

Die Lage des Hotels innerhalb des Ortes ist sehr gut. Die Erreichbarkeit der Lifte dank Skibus sind problemlos. |

Die zentrale Lage mitten im Skigebiet. Regelmäßiger Skibus. freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer wurden sehr schnell und sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Geldwechsel - Service. Ausreichend zur Verfügung stehende Kartenmaterial. Bewachter Parkplatz. Bar mit Aussicht im 18.Stock. Die drei zu engen und zu langsamen Fahrstühle. Die zu kleine Sauna. Die für zwei Paar Ski und Stiefel zu kleinen Skischränke. |

możliwość korzystania z części sportowej (basen, kręgle, rowery itp.) Bardzo miła obsługa w tej części hotelu! Podobał się nam Club18 i jego obsługa!!! Nie do przyjęcia obsługa w kawiarnio-restauracji (brak postawy pro-klientowskiej) |

Dass man das in die Landschaft nicht passende Hotel nicht sieht, wenn man drin wohnt. Personal sollte Abzeichen tragen, an denen man deren Sprachkenntnisse erkennen kann |
