There was no toilet paper for the last two days
Staffs Location close to restaurants and pubs and bus stations
Noise of customers Old bed sheet Toilet and shower is not well furnished No breakfast
Friendly staff, adequately equipped room, truly excellent location (close to airport buses, near tram and metro stations, many shops and restaurants, safe)
Poor wifi, poorly equpped bathroom
Friendly staff Great location
Poor wifi (works almost only in lobby area) The room (3rd floor) didn't look like the pics at all. Poor lighting, old and worn off furnitures and bedding. Shared bathroom was also below the level one would expect for hostel with this price range.
very kind staff, comfortable beds, privacy, spacious rooms
I liked that it was close to the centre of the city
First of all,the room itself was looking really spooky. And then it was really inconvenient to go to the washroom and shower which are on the first floor. Wi-Fi was terrible, you literally had to wait to get a signal although they say it's in every room.
Everything except the wifi on 4th floor.
Wifi on 4th floor don't works well.
Good location (Metro-Tram Station nearby). Wi-fi at room is pretty good. Room is nice and clean.
common kitchen provided with good facilities. got lift. near to some mini markets.
the need to use the key to access to the common bathroom and toilet every time. Common bathroom was very cold. The floor of the alley walkway seems unstable. room very dark. The lamp should be brighter. The room has a bad smell. Those guys wearing underwear walking around at the alley walkway make us felt uncomfortable.
I liked the bathroom and the really good place for sleep that I got. And I liked the people who work in there. They are talktive and openned.
I didn't like the fact that I had to go to the aisle just for take internet...It was not so comfortable.
Near to two subway stations. Staff really helpful. Showers and toilets are separated for women and men and they give you a key for the ones you are supposed to use. I would certainly stay there again.
Wifi only in common areas. Street a little noise in the night and early morning. Despite of that, I slept really well, it was not a big problem for me.
We particularly enjoyed the location - very close to anything in Prague, the very friendly staff, and the conditions were good for the paid price - would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Prague.
The share kitchen was really helpful
Near transport to airport. 5 min walk to metro and 6 min train to the city centre. The area is nice with many restaurants and small shops.
Deposit for keys (right, it´s a hostel but anyway...). Very hard bed (previous visit I had a better room). No breakfast/food (not really a problem with all restaurants/shops and KFC around the corner opening at 06.30).
Close to the metro station, bars around (restaurant veverka serves delicious dishes in good prices).
Every step made the warderobe moving and noising. Disgusting bathrooms - full of mold and water in not running down. In rooms only cold water. Dirty dishes in a kitchen. Very bad lighting.
Location; cheap; good staff; big shower and bathroom rooms
Beds are uncomfortable, place looks a bit old; looks like an old college dorm. They really need to add better beds/mattresses
- Good location (Vitezne Namesti Tram Station/Hradcanska Metro-Tram Station) - Restaurant, Market (Albert) is very near
Great location and great value for money. Close to the castle and metro. Very friendly staff, big plus to the two guys at reception that helped me out with all practical info about Prague as well as helping to prolong my stay.
- Crazy clean woman from 6 AM
Photo on a website had nothing to do with the reality. Total scam.
The location is very good if you have an early flight to catch. Otherwise I really like the neighborhood, it's not far from the city center, and has lots of nice and cheap pubs and restaurants around. The building of the hostel it's a little old, but the rooms and the common bathrooms were clean the bed was really good.
The hostel is located in a quiet area of Prague, away from the main tourist spots but very close to a metro station. There are some really good Czech restaurants and pubs nearby and several small supermarkets, all with low prices. The hostel was clean and is equipped with good kitchen facilities. We found the hostel excellent and would certainly stay there again.
It's quick and easy to reach the center from the hostel and the castle is within walking distance. The place is clean and quiet, nice after a busy day.
good location, everything is very close.
Price, lots of space, easy access to transit
Bed was very uncomfortable, and it was hard to unlock your room from the inside.
