Very helpful, nice staff. Delicious food at the restaurant. Clean rooms at an affordable price. Located very near a metro station.
Value for money Few steps from a metro station Comfortable room Parking for car Quiet neighbourhood
close to underground. Easy free parking
The hotel was first class. But being located 30 metres from the Subway was incredibly convenient. For 24 crowns we were in downtown Prague in 10 minutes. Lots of parking as well and free. I will never stay in a downtown Prague hotel ever again.
Very very nice and polite team. Very helpfull in all our matters. The metro station is very close so we didn't have to spend too much time in the area around the hotel (which really isn't the nicest place in the city). Our room was very nice and clean. No really a complaint but we watched soccer: TVs are tiny, could use an update ;-)
Breakfast was a bit boring. I wouldn't want to eat breakfast here for more than a few days.
Location is near to the metro station although i didn't need it because i had my car with me . Free parking for my car. Food , breakfast buffet was good . Lunch menu is good and cheap in compare with other restaurants at the center
There was construction on the second floor from 8 until 18 every day . And the hotel did not mention it at the website . It was a little bit annoying when i came back to my room at the afternoon to rest for couple of hours before going out again . There were some spiders at the room first day . Even a spider net on the window but they have cleaned it the next day upon my request
Location is gr8, so close to metro station. And what I liked a lot was brilliant staff, helpful, smiling, knowledge and they made us feel good, big thank you guys, and also I wanna thank you too bar staff professional approach and very friendly.
Not too many traditional Czech food to choose from.
Nice design of the room. Free parking at the hotel. Very close to the tram line - it would take 15mins to get to the center of the city. Close to Cross][Club, which is a bar/club worth seeing.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. A very limited variety of food and drinks. Vicinity to the station means the place gets a bit shady, especially during the night - however, nothing to worry about; people usually mind their own business.
the hotel looks nice and clean, it's just few metres from metro station, the staff was helpful
what I was really disappointed with was the breakfast. not many options, the cheapest alternatives.
Very comfortable hotel, reasonable breakfast, good staff, while out of town, access to public transport was excellent, and you could be where you wanted within 10 minutes. Value for Money. Free parking
Problems with WiFi, but staff worked hard to rectify. Air conditioning a bit noisy
easy access, friendly staff, professional service, comfortable room
It was a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed it a lot. Everything was clean and tidy and food was also good.
The location is right next to the Metro station which makes it pretty convenient to get to town and back. All in all, an excelllent little hotel with all the comforts you need for a 2-3 day stay and a surprisingly nice retsaurant :)
It's a little dangerous to walk by the station after the Metro has closed down
Staff were exceptional , very helpful, the hotel is across the road from metro and tram stop . Late night venue also close , but not too close to be noisy. Bathroom was very large and well equipped .
No hot drink facilities in room, however staff did utmost to provide a kettle for the room. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied.
Very quiet, very confortable, good value
There is smoking in thebar/ restaurant
New look to place, but badly designed and located.
Bad neighbourhood near secondary train station, bad customer service, nothing nearby, Limited double beds (just two singles pushed together), no restaurant on sundays or before 7pm.
I am a loyal guest of Absolutum, especially I like the staff there. All the time kind, helpful and smiling. The hotel gives really good service and quality for its price. The rooms are spacious, their menu is affordable and tasty. The location is optimal for me as they are 5 mins from the office where I work occasionally. They have never dissatisfied me. I recommend this hotel with faith to everyone especially to business travellers.
Nothing like this.
breakfast essential but complete and of good quality. Free parking, close to metro station.
I liked the location, was quick to the city center, good parking facility. The room looks good. The shower is really nice and big. The lady at the reception is lovely, very helpful.
The bed was really bad for my back. Was too hard. We put the sign on the door to clean the room, but the cleaning lady just changed the towels, didn't clean anything. The wellness, spa area is not included:-(
Nicely designed rooms and good bathroom with both bath tub and shower.
Cheap shower head. Old TV. Very basic breakfast. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Also, their unreal exchange rate at which they calculated room price. Booked room price was €207 and after their unreal exchange rate it costed €211.
Friendly staff, very clean rooms, near metro station, good choice at breakfast, etc. Totally recommend this hotel.
The staff very cooperative ,good location bedide the metro station ,people working at reception very kindly ,,good services ,,also tge break fast very good ,,,every thing good ,,so far so good .
A fantastic welcome, superb hotel – short time to get the historic centre. The hotel was very clean, great food and breakfast are included in room rate. Nice experience we had in wellness centre in basement. Rustical Finnish sauna and whirlpool bath were amazing! Free glass of wine to the dinner in Salut restaurant and free WIFI, were very pleasant for us.
Great breakfast, only 100m close metro station, large and modern bathroom.
A bit noisy elevator.
The staff were outstanding. The hotel was located right outside of train station which was handy. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel was great value for money .
I only fault I did have during my stay, was the patio door did not work and I was on the 5th floor in the appartment room and only had one window which wasnt enough for me.
