Score from 2235 reviews Excellent
Excellent value for money. Reasonably priced restaurant. Friendly staff. Wellness centre.
The staff were v helpful, particularly the warier and night porter. It was 15 mins by metro to the old town and is very cheap to travel by metro. The metro is just a few meters from hotel.
The taxi drivers ripped us off coming back from old town, charging quadruple what the cost of the journey in.
We loved the modern feeling bathroom, especially the rainfall shower. Conveniently located within a 2-min. walk of the nearest train/metro station, and only a 15 minute ride to the Old Town. The front desk had transit tickets available so we never even had to worry about figuring out ticket machines. Free parking at the hotel is also a plus.
Not a visually attractive location. Mediocre breakfast.
I have been in the hotel many times and will come back as this is the best offer in this city area good parking, good exit point to D8, comfortable bed
elevator still nneds some improvments restaurant menu should be more consistent or diversified acoustical comfort in the room is not the best
Location (close to subway) Shower+bath Parking!!!
Save parking in front of the hotel, subway only 5 min walk away, quiet area
Walk from the tram stop to the hotel can be a little bit scary at night.
We liked the location, very close to the subway The free of charge garage was very nice Room was big and the bathtub was great Breakfast good Safe surroundings
Some dirt spots on the wall, also on the curtains Big leak over the shower on the ceiling
- nice room - good wifi - underground is close - good value for money
- checkout took almost 40 min - extremely noisy street, plus you hear underground trains - smoking restaurant
Superb room quality, very big and perfect sound proof, bathrooms excellent, recent renovated, clean.
Poor WiFi speed, not always possible to connect
Nice clean hotel in reasonable location and staff very helpful especially katka and Lucus on reception.
Lack of late night food or drink. We arrived about 9.45pm and could not get any food to eat and after going out to eat and returning around 11.15 we could not buy a drink in the bar even though the owner was still inside entertaining his friends. Not a good business practice.
Very helpful, nice staff. Delicious food at the restaurant. Clean rooms at an affordable price. Located very near a metro station.
Metro station, clean room, free wi-fi, free parking
Loction not nice but near the subway.
Value for money Few steps from a metro station Comfortable room Parking for car Quiet neighbourhood
close to underground. Easy free parking
The hotel was first class. But being located 30 metres from the Subway was incredibly convenient. For 24 crowns we were in downtown Prague in 10 minutes. Lots of parking as well and free. I will never stay in a downtown Prague hotel ever again.
Very very nice and polite team. Very helpfull in all our matters. The metro station is very close so we didn't have to spend too much time in the area around the hotel (which really isn't the nicest place in the city). Our room was very nice and clean. No really a complaint but we watched soccer: TVs are tiny, could use an update ;-)
Breakfast was a bit boring. I wouldn't want to eat breakfast here for more than a few days.
Location is near to the metro station although i didn't need it because i had my car with me . Free parking for my car. Food , breakfast buffet was good . Lunch menu is good and cheap in compare with other restaurants at the center
There was construction on the second floor from 8 until 18 every day . And the hotel did not mention it at the website . It was a little bit annoying when i came back to my room at the afternoon to rest for couple of hours before going out again . There were some spiders at the room first day . Even a spider net on the window but they have cleaned it the next day upon my request
Location is gr8, so close to metro station. And what I liked a lot was brilliant staff, helpful, smiling, knowledge and they made us feel good, big thank you guys, and also I wanna thank you too bar staff professional approach and very friendly.
Not too many traditional Czech food to choose from.
Nice design of the room. Free parking at the hotel. Very close to the tram line - it would take 15mins to get to the center of the city. Close to Cross][Club, which is a bar/club worth seeing.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. A very limited variety of food and drinks. Vicinity to the station means the place gets a bit shady, especially during the night - however, nothing to worry about; people usually mind their own business.
the hotel looks nice and clean, it's just few metres from metro station, the staff was helpful
what I was really disappointed with was the breakfast. not many options, the cheapest alternatives.
Very comfortable hotel, reasonable breakfast, good staff, while out of town, access to public transport was excellent, and you could be where you wanted within 10 minutes. Value for Money. Free parking
Problems with WiFi, but staff worked hard to rectify. Air conditioning a bit noisy
easy access, friendly staff, professional service, comfortable room
