Breakfast very limited I don't think it's 4 stars
Position may be acceptable and good
The reception , rooms looks nice but more details should be attentioned Staff deficit in english or angry stress express . I write in booking , I wish calm room but seems no one takecare. very noisy room .Bad cleaning . Expired items in the minibar.
The staff .
The hotel is in centre of the city. You can find everything near the hotel. Rooms are clean and good. Price is reasonable.
The reception never smiles...
quiet room ; great location; good breakfast
very compact bathroom
we used the hotel just to sleep,we were all day outside the hotel, the location is WONDERFUL! highly recommended!!
the WIFI in the rooms is aweful. when we came back late we had to wait to someone to open the door for us.
The location of the hotel is really good, right at the city centre and close to the metro station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Old Town Square and about 15 minutes to Charles Bridge. The hot water service is very good. I should say I slept very well during all five nights there. The breakfast is good, too. I love the personalised cups in the dining room.
When I checked out, the hotel clerk, a young lady with long hair, was not very polite. She spelt wrong my name on the receipt and when I told her, she complained that it was because I didn't write clearly which caused her colleague to enter it wrong in the computer. And she even accused my friend of eating the bar food with a very bad tone. Although she apologised for making a wrong accusation to the customer, she didn't seem to do it in a sincere way.
Fantastic location. Very quiet despite the central location, very clean. Comfortable bed.
Limited offer at breakfast; window facing the wall therefore a bit dark during the day. Room service (even tea) only till 10 pm.
- Price very expensive for the quality . - Horrible connection wifi. - The room was not clean.
Staff and clean room.
damaged tv remote, damaged air-condition control
We loved breakfast into room brought by a cheerful youngster. Pleasant behavior of a receptionist. Cleanliness, what else do you need? And of course central location.
Poor internet as I already said. Otherwise absolutely OK.
Great location. Cozy rooms. Clean bathroom. My 6yro daughter especially loved the fluffy bathrobe - great for role play as a queen.
Location, staff everything good Thank you to hotel Adria
Location, breakfast and breakfast staff who were helpful and pleasant.
The room size, poor quality of Wi-Fi and the indifference of the front counter staff. The room was musty and hot. I think there must be different standards of rooms so beware. Ours was far away and had sloping ceilings which felt claustrophobic. Judging from other reviews we got a bad room and the worst we have encountered so far on our trip. We are not fussy travellers either!
We asked a receptionist to order a reguler cab for us. At payment we had to find out that this car was not operate on regular price so we ended up to pay triple price for a 8 minutes ride. Never ask for cab at the reception!
Position Room Staff Breakfast
Parking too expansive Our room was far from the elevator and we also had to make some stairs. The rooms facing on Vaclavske namesti are way better than the rooms on the newer part of the hotel.
The location was perfect to walk around and see Prague. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel and the old town around the corner. Will surely come again!
Location: it's close to everything, especially if you travel on foot. Staff was quite responsive: We asked to fixed noisy air conditioner and it was OK afterwards. Bathroom was large and clean.
Old noisy air conditioner and old TV, breakfast could be more diverse
The personnel were very nice and helpful.
I arrived at the hotel and the room I got was not cleaned, the sheets and bathrobes were used and I found a bug on the bed. They changed me to another room immediately without questionning so that's what I call good service! The new room was better. In general the hotel is a little dirty, worn out and old. Needs definitely a big renovation to be a 4 star hotel... The breakfast was very average. With the same rate I could have stayed somewhere else in the centre. The wifi in room went constantly off/on and did not work properly when on.
Not clean rooms at all
Parking was good
Good breakfast, nice clean rooms. Great location, very easy to access from the subway.
Weak water pressure in shower. Pillows were too large IMO.
This surprise for my...I am maximum glad..Recommendet Your hotel for my friends.Thank
I loved the location. I also thought the staff did a great job. The hotel is lovely and the service is terrific.
