Centrally located in the pedestrian area on Wenceslas Square, Ambassador Zlata Husa Hotel is surrounded by shops and is just 50 metres from Mustek Metro Station and 400 metres from the Old Town...
Score from 444 reviews Very good
We loved breakfast into room brought by a cheerful youngster. Pleasant behavior of a receptionist. Cleanliness, what else do you need? And of course central location.
Poor internet as I already said. Otherwise absolutely OK.
Great location. Cozy rooms. Clean bathroom. My 6yro daughter especially loved the fluffy bathrobe - great for role play as a queen.
Location, staff everything good Thank you to hotel Adria
We asked a receptionist to order a reguler cab for us. At payment we had to find out that this car was not operate on regular price so we ended up to pay triple price for a 8 minutes ride. Never ask for cab at the reception!
The location was perfect to walk around and see Prague. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel and the old town around the corner. Will surely come again!
Location: it's close to everything, especially if you travel on foot. Staff was quite responsive: We asked to fixed noisy air conditioner and it was OK afterwards. Bathroom was large and clean.
Old noisy air conditioner and old TV, breakfast could be more diverse
The personnel were very nice and helpful.
I arrived at the hotel and the room I got was not cleaned, the sheets and bathrobes were used and I found a bug on the bed. They changed me to another room immediately without questionning so that's what I call good service! The new room was better. In general the hotel is a little dirty, worn out and old. Needs definitely a big renovation to be a 4 star hotel... The breakfast was very average. With the same rate I could have stayed somewhere else in the centre. The wifi in room went constantly off/on and did not work properly when on.
Not clean rooms at all
Parking was good
Good breakfast, nice clean rooms. Great location, very easy to access from the subway.
Weak water pressure in shower. Pillows were too large IMO.
This surprise for my...I am maximum glad..Recommendet Your hotel for my friends.Thank
I loved the location. I also thought the staff did a great job. The hotel is lovely and the service is terrific.
The staff could be more relaxed in managing stressful situations from my observation.
The location is perfect...accessible to the whole city. The staff was phenomenal and the room was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast Location Room
Lovely breakfast. View of the Benedictine gardens. Comfortable lobby and very attentive desk staff.
We were in a room with a toilet separate from sink/shower.
A clean room, a comfortable bed. There was no place in the own garage of the hotel, but our car could have been parked in the garage of the hotel partner. Parking was organised by the staff perfectly and quickly we could get back our car in 15 minutes. It was positive.
The room and the bathroom is a little bit small. In the shower the water pressure and the water temperature was constantly changing, it was unpleasant. The cleaning woman was noisy, but fortunately started to work at nine o'clock.oom and bath room is little bit small
Staff, location, clean, nice size rooms
Alomst no tv channels available, and old fashioned tv
Wifi didn't work in the room well at all.
Location is excellent would recommend, breakfast was good
Smoking in foyer, bars and restaurant no options for non smokers
The location is very good.
no tea or coffee in rooms
Location was perfect and breakfast was so-so.
My room was near from hotel's staff room. At 6-7am in everymoring, it was very noisy because of staff's chatting... Four stars hotel's staff should be more professional.
Could walk to nicer parts of the centre from tourist spoilt Wenceslas Square.
This is a three star hotel masquerading as a four star hotel. The wood chip wallpaper and the miles of corridors leading back from the tiny front do not add up to a quality or stylish hotel. Tourist dormatory.
Everything else was perfect
I used to wake up late the house keeping where cleaning the rooms next to us and the voice was really loud that used to wake us up please inform them to take care there could be guests sleeping.
