The restaurant is great. The locations is good and convenient. Reception very unfriendly and not service minded at all. They did not want to honor my booking.com reservation until I raised my voice and persistently commanded them to provide the rooms they sold to me online. I believe I know why, the rooms offered at booking.com are business rooms, which are renovated, so as they most likely sold these locally without taking them offline from booking. |

The staff were incredible! Very nice and friendly. Much smoking in the lounge but the area is large and you don't have to hang out there. |

regarding Cascade hotel in Most please offer only business class rooms - they are renovated , price EUR 70 /night...Please don't offer standard room at EUR 50/night - which is very bad shape - very old and not renovated from ages - ugly room. After arrival to the hotel I've changed my choice imidiately for the business class room to enjoy my stay there. standard type romm is not acceptable...at all |

rooms very dated old communist style.no balconies beds extremely hard toilet paper terrible-all you would expect from eastern block hotel.only hotel in town so no option. see above -very poor room -very dated hard beds,terrible hard toilet paper -no sockets,old TV shall I go on? |

Business Zimmer sind neu renoviert, sehr sauber und ansprechend Auswahl und Qualität am Frühstücksbuffet sollte besser sein. Betten leider sehr klein. |

sehr gutes restaurant - hotellobby angenehm sauber und renoviert buchung von booking und buchung im hotel haben nicht übereingestimmt- hatte apartem.gebucht und hotel hat standardzimmer reserviert - ausserdem war im preis entgegen der aussage von booking doch ein frühstück enthalten - aber das hotel hat versucht alles zu regeln |

bewachter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang; schöne moderne Hotellobby mit angrenzendem Restaurant; sehr saubere Toiletten;akzeptables Frühstückbuffet abgenutzte, hässliche Möblierung der Zimmer; Fenster lässt sich kaum öffnen oder schließen; nur eine Steckdose für Kühlschrank oder TV; TV nur 5 Sender in schlechter Qualität; Toilettenspülung sehr laut; Lüfter hat die Geräuschkulisse eines Hubschraubers der durchs Zimmer fliegt; für das gebotene viel zu teuer! |

Da in der Hotelbeschreibung "behindertengerechtes Zimmer" aufgeführt war, haben wir uns das Cascade entschieden. Nach Auskunft des Personals hat das Hotel aber gar keine entsprechenden Zimmer. Wir haben dann gezwungenermaßen eine neu renovierte Suite für 2 Nächte gemietet (geräumig und auch schön, aber zu ca. 120 EUR die Nacht. Die Doppel-Standardzimmer haben übrigens noch altes Ostblock-Niveau ) |

Cisza, piękny widok z okna, dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa Telewizor niedostrojony (tylko 2 miejscowe kanały i BBC), brak pilota, nienajwyższy standard pokoju w stosunku do ceny |
