The desk staff was very helpful, especially the night desk man who assisted us greatly on our first visit to Prague. The parking was secure and good value. |

Very clean and comfortable. A good location near to the subway that quickly takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. The neighborhood is a little run down but we were never afraid of anyone or anything and the nights were quiet. The staff is great. Not much choice for TV |

Close to the public transport, close to the city center, price is excellent. There are no facility for making hot drinks in the room. |

Very clean room, parking was cheep (although it was quite small), not too far from Metro station (about 500 meters), breakfast was ok ( just a little poor ) The price in Krowns was a lot bigger than the price that i reserved the room, the room, I expected to be biger and more luxurious at that money (comparing to hotels in other counties at the same money) |

the hotel staff are good. the breakfast is good. free use of internet. no air conditioning (it's ok during the time i stayed at this hotel as the weather is not that hot. but, if it is in the hot summer, it will be hot to stay in this hotel). the ventilation system for the bathroom is not good. it only runs for about 1.5 minutes after you switch on it. |

The hotel is very clean and it's easy to get to the centre, to Old Town. Only 5 minutes by metro The reception is so small and the area for eating brekfast not enough to feel comfortable. |

Hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes und reichhaltriges Frühstücksbuffet. Obwohl etwas außerhalb gegelgen, konnte man die Innenstadt problemlos und schnell erreichen. Nächste Metrostation war 5 Minuten entfernt, von da aus 2 Stationen bis zum Wenzelplatz, 4 Stationen bis zur Altstadt. Der Preis stimmte nicht mit unserer Umrechnungstabelle überein. Die Rechnung bekamen wir in tschechischer Währung und sie war für 5 Tage 40 Euro höher als zuvor in Euro berechnet. Der Frühstücksraum war für den Andrang an den beiden Osterfeiertagen etwas klein. |

Hotel w odległości 3 minut pieszo od centrum konresowego. Bardzo kameralny, nowy, czysty, w pokojach i restauracji ciepło (byłam zimą) i cicho, łatwy do znalezienia dzięki mapie zamieszczonej na booking.com. Przy płatności w euro resztę (12 euro) wydano mi w koronach, z powodu braku wystarczającej ilości "drobych" w kasie. |
