The people in the reception were very nice and helpful with info.

When we arrived they had only reserved a room for 2 people and booking
was made and confirmed for 3. Still they helped us and gave us a last
minte extra bed for that night and a different room for next night.
Reakfast, the worst ever! Very low quality food, not enough bread,
juice.if you arrive at 9 already there is not enough food!and sorry but
the plates and glasses were gross.. Dirty! Asqueroso

very helpful frontdesk staff, who packed our (inclusive) breakfast for us to take away because we had to leave for our early morning flight before breakfast started; close proximity to the Florenc bus station; thank goodness for the elevator/lift, otherwise there is the prospect of a lot of stairs for the slightly disabled

some specific comments: the fan in our room did not work (so we resorted to opening the upper windows, no problem) and even though there was a walk-in shower, it was up a step in a clumsy configuration--with a wet/slippery floor surface and lack of any handrails or something to grab onto, my father was unable to take a shower at this hotel

The guy at the reception was very friendly. Free Wi-Fi! Just in front of the metro station.

No air-conditioning.

Proximity to city centre. Very good value for money

Restaurant and bar closed for refurbishing. Air conditioning needed although a large fan was provided

Easy to find and simple hotel for night sleep.

I have been to hotels the same qualilty and same location in Prague, but cheaper. The floor could have been cleaner, it is very used.

Staff were friendly.

1. The hotel was un-air-conditioned. The front of hotel is under refinishing so had scaffold all the way up so people from street could easily climb up - couldn't leave windows open. 2. Beds were hard. 3. Orange juice diluted to undrinkable state. 4. Desk staff were gone and front door locked 3 of the 4 times we returned to the hotel. 5. No onsite parking available.

I arrived to the hotel earlier than the regular check-in time (2:00 p.m.). I left my stuff and when I got back late at night (11:00 p.m.) the room was not clean. I was really concerned since there were no more rooms left. They made the following offer: Apology + Accomodation in another hotel (****) + Transportation (2 ways) so I could go back next day an settle down. Thanks a lot!!!

The breakfast is little bit "poor" but still fair enough.
