The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, far better that I expected (at that price). It is a very good place to go if you want to stay near the city center (7 min walking to Namesti Republiky) and don't want to spend a big amount of money just for it. Absolutely recommended. Maybe just the breakfast: small and not very good. But it is not actually a minus. |

I liked that they offered parking for 15 euros a day,that they were about a 15-20 minute walk to the center and they were located right along the river. They had a hair dryer and the pressure of the shower and hot water were great. It was a bit noisy since our room was along a busy street but it was ok after rush hour. The bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell but bearable. |

Excellent location - for us being opposite the bus station was really helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, buffet breakfast was really good. Would be good to have tea/coffee facilities in rooms. |

Excellent location regards public transport- metro, tram and bus. Informal buffet breakfast with good choice. Warm and cosy despite outside freezing temperatures. Comfortable beds. TV program choices a bit limited- only 3 available channels. Shower temperatue a bit erratic. |

The staff is amazing! Especially one of the guys who work in the reception. Good customer service and nice attitudes! Would be good if the old lady in the restaurant spoke english but what the heck, she is very nice! :) |

The hotel rooms were big and clean. It was also located close to a subway station and tram stop. The beds were hard and the towels were rough. Neither of these things would make me not stay here, but they are worth noting. |

The hotel is rated as 3 star, however the rooms are definately not this good. I've stayed in plenty of hostels before, and some hostels are millions times better than this. Hotel Florenc has filthy carpets, filthy curtains, terrible heating. The cleaners kept on waking us up as they kept on talk and yelling to each other in the hallways. We could hear each and every word they were saying clearly. It seemed like that were having a conversation to each other whilst cleaning separate rooms. Strange if you ask me. |

The reception staff was very nice and helpful & the location was pretty central The room was extremely dirty and drab and it was very noisy since we were near the reception area and everyone who was staying at the hotel had to pass by our room. We are Americans living in Europe and we are used to 3 star european hotels. We are not picky at all and all we ask for is a clean room. I'm not sure if the other rooms were different or of better quality but if you do choose to stay here, don't stay in room number 100! |

It was opposite the bus station and close to the metro, trams and busses The shower was terrible, it kept going frezzing cold then boiling, the breakfast was very limited the bread was dry and only had about 10 slics for guests to take and the fruit was well past its best. I could only get internet if i went down stairs and sat at the smoky bar, its not bad for the price but definately not luxuary. Also the TV only had one english speaking channel, an American news channel. |
