We arrived early and it was not time for check in. However the hotel staff made an exception by asking the housekeeper to tidy our room first so we could have an earlier check in. We only waited for about 15 minutes. The service was exceptional! Also the view from our room was amazing! The deluxe room we booked didn't have an over head shower. I think Europeans are more into bathing. But it was a deluxe room and I was expecting a shower in the bathroom. |

excellent room must have N: 21 , very good restaurant you will love the chef,all food are excellent try desert palacinken with blueberry, wonderful friendly and helpful staff who you can relly , was absolutely delightfull stay there, next year we will come back 10/10 Sonya and David form Sydney |

Beautiful location on main square. Spacious, well equipped room. Free wifi (which is not advertised). Very helpful staff. Rather small breakfast selection for late comers. No airconditioning. Parking is very complicated as is difficult to drive to hotel through medieval centre to get directions and then you need a taxi to get back from the parking lot. |

Hotel staffs were pretty kind. They prepared a play mat for my baby, though I had not ordered it. The hotel located the center of the city, so that it was convenience to walk around. The hotel room was clean and large and the bath room was too. The car parking located for 5 or more minutes on foot from the hotel, however, it was no matter. |

great location. huge bathroom but tiny bathtub + shower attached wrong side. Car parking is 7 minutes drive - advert is misleading as you expect it to be close to the hotel but it wasnt. - you will have to pay £5 taxi fee to get to the parking. Hotel staff will promise to get there with you when you book on the phone - but this does not happen. This was disappointing - I would rather be told about it so that I could have arranged parking by myself |

all the staff are helpful and the hotel is really comfortable space and located in the central of the town. breakfast is more choice. we would like to have good water resistance setting in the bath room as the water flow on the floor after shower. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was tasty with good variety of choice; There was no lift to the floors where the accomodation is located which makes it difficult to carry luggage however we were assisted by staff at the hotel. |

The room was very clean, the location was really good, overall I like it. The heater in my room was too hot, even in the bahtroom. I think all of these made all the towels dry like paper. |

The hotel is located at the city's main square and all the attractions are very close to the hotel. The hotel room has lot of space and has been recently remodeled. The breakfast is very good with fresh food and variaty of breads. It is not allowed to park at the city center and the hotel parking area is quite far. However, one can have an authorisation to park for an hour near the hotel for loading and unloading the car. |

Excellent location (central square). Big clean room, view of the main square. Good food. No elevator (this is an old building, beautufully renovated). Parking is rather far and difficult to locate. |
