Hotel Grand

giudizio positivo all hotel .... peccato solo il parcheggio troppo lontano e scomodo....

Albergo grazioso e pulito in bellissima posizione nella piazza centrale

Avevo fatto una prenotazione per 89 € per una notte. L'albergatore ha fatto un addebito di 2581 corone ceche a un tasso che ha voluto lui, così alla fine mi è arrivato un addebito di 98,04 €.

Centralità, disponibilità cortesia. Sono stato solo un giorno non posso dire di piu.

Che il prezzo non era quello pubblicato ma (probabilmente) era fisso in valuta locale, quindi mi sono trovato a pagare qualche euro in piu. Oltre a questo non c'è l'ascensore (4 stelle senza ascensore???mai visto...).Il parcheggio è piuttosto lontano

Il parcheggio non era incluso nel prezzo (10 € al giorno) ed era fuori dal centro.

The hotel is located at the city's main square and all the attractions are very close to the hotel. The hotel room has lot of space and has been recently remodeled. The breakfast is very good with fresh food and variaty of breads.

It is not allowed to park at the city center and the hotel parking area is quite far. However, one can have an authorisation to park for an hour near the hotel for loading and unloading the car.

Excellent location (central square). Big clean room, view of the main square. Good food.

No elevator (this is an old building, beautufully renovated). Parking is rather far and difficult to locate.

Located in the centre of town square,easy to find, you'll not get lost. Bath room is clean and good

Staff are not very friendly, breakfast is late and not good. After I booked a room through booking.com, the money of first night is reducted from my credit card right away, which is against of booking rules.

the leaders of the town should close disco in the city center.some primitiv young people made nois during saturday night till 3 am.this is not belong to the hotel but influens the opinions.

The Grand Hotel is situated in a perfect location in the central square. It is extremely convenient to all activities.

Parking around the hotel is impossible. The arrangement the hotel has with an independent parking garage is a good distance away from the hotel and terribly inconvenient.

I can advise u to visit that hotel. The room and bathroom was really big, clean and everything was pretty modern and brand new. I asked for a room with a view on the castle and i got it ( though that it was on the 3rd floor -- there is no elevator in the hotel ) The stuff was helpful to explain where their parking is and where to eat ( the restaurant in the hotel was closed). There is free wifi Internet in all rooms ( even 3rd floor - the last one )I think Hotel Grand is the only hotel there that doesn't look like from the 16th cent. so if u want to stay in a lux, modern hotel i advise u HG. The hotel is directly at the Old Square so in the evening it was a little loud, but once u shut the window and turn on AC, its fine.

-when i called them to ask how can i get to the parking,the woman in the reception said that she is sorry but she cannot speak english,( when we arrived there was a 2nd one that could speak english very well) - parking is about 20 min walk from the hotel ( but its at the other end of the old town so its actually a nice walk) - Breakfast starts too late - 8 AM ( we had to leave at 7 so they've prepared a take away breakfast for us)

Exellent location, right on the square. Good breakfast.

I requested for a non-smoking room, but I got a smoking room instead and the hotel staff denied that they had my request and claiming it was a 'non-smoking' room. But how could you have a non-smoking room where you have at least three astrays in the room and also smelly? The description of the room also did not match the actual room. On the website, it classified as double room for single occupancy, but in fact, it was just a single room with a tiny bed. Have raised it to the hotel, but I don't think they gave a damn about it, only saying 'oh, it was the problem of the picture'. Cheating, they knew exactly what was the problem. Be careful about what you see and what you get!!!

Great location in a beautiful and historic old city. The building was nicely renovated and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the package and was excellent. Our room had a partial view of the historic castle which was illuminated at night. Quite a sight! The accommodations were pefect for our family of four.

This city was established long before there were cars. So it's, naturally, not car friendly. The hotel's garage was somewhat difficult to find but once we did it wasn't a problem. This is more an abservation than a complaint. Despite this, I would definintely return!
