손님이 많이 없어서 그런지 몰라도 조식이 아주 훌륭했어요 2인을 위한 조식을 준비해주셨는데,,너무 깔끔하고 괜찮더라구요.. 그리고 방이 엄청 커서 답답함이 전혀 없어요.. 다른 호텔들은 크기가 작잖아요.. 그리고 분위기도 있구요... 체스키크롬로프가 돌길로 되어있어서 캐리어를 이동시키는데 많이 불편한 편인데... 호텔 도착하니까 엘리베이터가 없더라구요, 그래도 한층올라가는거라 너무힘들진 않았어요...차라리 택시를 타고 호텔에 갔으면 더 편했을텐데 말이죠 |

The location was superb - right on the square, and our room was fantastic. It was huge, and very well appointed. Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was great. |

The hotel is located at the city's main square and all the attractions are very close to the hotel. The hotel room has lot of space and has been recently remodeled. The breakfast is very good with fresh food and variaty of breads. It is not allowed to park at the city center and the hotel parking area is quite far. However, one can have an authorisation to park for an hour near the hotel for loading and unloading the car. |

Excellent location (central square). Big clean room, view of the main square. Good food. No elevator (this is an old building, beautufully renovated). Parking is rather far and difficult to locate. |

Located in the centre of town square,easy to find, you'll not get lost. Bath room is clean and good Staff are not very friendly, breakfast is late and not good. After I booked a room through booking.com, the money of first night is reducted from my credit card right away, which is against of booking rules. |

The Grand Hotel is situated in a perfect location in the central square. It is extremely convenient to all activities. Parking around the hotel is impossible. The arrangement the hotel has with an independent parking garage is a good distance away from the hotel and terribly inconvenient. |

The bedroom and bathroom are big and very nice. The hotel is located at the town centre with easy access to the castle and other attractions. It also has free WiFi internet connection. The room has no safe and the hotel does not seem to have a secure luggage room. |

I can advise u to visit that hotel. The room and bathroom was really big, clean and everything was pretty modern and brand new. I asked for a room with a view on the castle and i got it ( though that it was on the 3rd floor -- there is no elevator in the hotel ) The stuff was helpful to explain where their parking is and where to eat ( the restaurant in the hotel was closed). There is free wifi Internet in all rooms ( even 3rd floor - the last one )I think Hotel Grand is the only hotel there that doesn't look like from the 16th cent. so if u want to stay in a lux, modern hotel i advise u HG. The hotel is directly at the Old Square so in the evening it was a little loud, but once u shut the window and turn on AC, its fine. -when i called them to ask how can i get to the parking,the woman in the reception said that she is sorry but she cannot speak english,( when we arrived there was a 2nd one that could speak english very well) - parking is about 20 min walk from the hotel ( but its at the other end of the old town so its actually a nice walk) - Breakfast starts too late - 8 AM ( we had to leave at 7 so they've prepared a take away breakfast for us) |

The location is in the heart of the town. Big room. Good breakfast. As a triple room, it should not use sofa bed as a third bed. No air-conditioner (the description on the booking.com is not true). They only gave us a very small fan. It's hot in the room. Although I knew the hotel has no lift, but I did not know the stair is very narrow. If you have heavy luggage or you are an old man/woman, it's apparently not suitable for you (there are no rooms in the ground floor). The shower stand is so low that I have to take the showerhead with my hand. It's ridiculous. I asked the receptionist for a city map, but he want to charge me 40 CZK. Although his boss stopped him, but I had never seen before. The refrigeratory seemed to start work just now when I arrived. There is no safe box in the room. |

Exellent location, right on the square. Good breakfast. I requested for a non-smoking room, but I got a smoking room instead and the hotel staff denied that they had my request and claiming it was a 'non-smoking' room. But how could you have a non-smoking room where you have at least three astrays in the room and also smelly? The description of the room also did not match the actual room. On the website, it classified as double room for single occupancy, but in fact, it was just a single room with a tiny bed. Have raised it to the hotel, but I don't think they gave a damn about it, only saying 'oh, it was the problem of the picture'. Cheating, they knew exactly what was the problem. Be careful about what you see and what you get!!! |

Small Hotel in a very good location. Just in the main square of Cesky Krumlov. Personal service and very complete breakfast. Confortable rooms with a lot of space No parking. Need to park outside the city, This is in general for all hotels close to main square. |

Great location in a beautiful and historic old city. The building was nicely renovated and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the package and was excellent. Our room had a partial view of the historic castle which was illuminated at night. Quite a sight! The accommodations were pefect for our family of four. This city was established long before there were cars. So it's, naturally, not car friendly. The hotel's garage was somewhat difficult to find but once we did it wasn't a problem. This is more an abservation than a complaint. Despite this, I would definintely return! |

Very Dissapointing. They charged more than reserved by applying their private currency rate which is higher than 16% than normal. And their wireless internet didnt work. and staff had no idea how to fix it. As said, overcharged, and no cinsire help from staffs. |

Great location, right in the middle of Cesky Krumlov. The staff was nice, the breakfast was quite good. Wifi in the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. |

Very nice and helpful maid who prepared the children's beds. We made quite a mess unintendedly and she still smiled. Booked in Euros, did not pay attention. We came with only cash Crowns. Hotelstaff said they could not charge creditcard in Euros and they said they had to use the (unfavourable) exchange rate of booking.com. So we lost Kc 800. |

The Hotel is wonderful, it is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and the room was huge and very nice + clean! I would definitely recommend it to anybody choosing to stay in Cesky Krumlov! |
