Great Hotel and friendly staff. Parking a little complicated and hard to find. Good value for the money. I will stay there again

Hotel staffs were pretty kind. They prepared a play mat for my baby, though I had not ordered it. The hotel located the center of the city, so that it was convenience to walk around. The hotel room was clean and large and the bath room was too.

The car parking located for 5 or more minutes on foot from the hotel, however, it was no matter.

huge bathroom but tiny bathtub + shower attached wrong side. Car parking is 7 minutes drive - advert is misleading as you expect it to be close to the hotel but it wasnt. - you will have to pay £5 taxi fee to get to the parking. Hotel staff will promise to get there with you when you book on the phone - but this does not happen. This was disappointing - I would rather be told about it so that I could have arranged parking by myself

the breakfast is not matching to the 4 star level, too less choices.

all the staff are helpful and the hotel is really comfortable space and located in the central of the town. breakfast is more choice.

we would like to have good water resistance setting in the bath room as the water flow on the floor after shower.

nice service,comfortble bed,and a very good restraunt nearby.
