Hotel Jeleni Dvur

O tamanho do quarto era muito bom. O café da manhã, apesar de não ser muito variado, era bom também. Quanto à localização, fica bem perto do Castelo de Praga - uma das principais atrações - mas longe de todo o resto.

Bastante abafado e barulhento, já que o hotel fica em uma avenida bastante movimentada. Tentamos mudar de quarto, mas o oferecido era muito menor. Cobraram muito caro pelo uso da internet. Também achei que o hotel poderia se modernizar um pouco.

Luckily I could see the top of Loreto and other beautiful buildings from my room, which was so nice! It snowed every day during my stay but the room was really warm. Seems like there's an independent air conditioning system in the bathroom so it was always nicely dry and warm. Also the tram stop was just across the street, about a minute's walk, and only three stops to Charles Bridge, which was really convenient.

Seems like the lights in the hallway are sensor activated, really sensitive... If you stop outside your room about 5 seconds the lights go out! Honestly I had a bit of difficulty finding the keys in the dark.

Kindness of staff, location

In the hotel there are double rooms with narrow layout and separate beds, placed along with one wall! It looks like hostel, but not like three stars hotel. These rooms, in my opinion, better to re-arrange to single rooms, because no one couple will not like to have such room arrangement (during our stay everybody trying to escape from these rooms to others). Thanks to hotel staff, we had changed this room to normal room with one normal double bed. Better to notify clients in future about "narrow" room arrangement, to put photos of these rooms and to make this kind of rooms cheaper than normal (if somebody will like to stay in these narrow rooms more than one person).

The comfort, the staff availability, the location and the facility to gey at the main city points very easily.

Helpful staff, moved us into a different room because a light wasn't working. Cosy hotel, somewhere nice to get back to after a freezing day out! Enjoyed breakfast. Hotel just a few stops from center.

Very clean, room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Staff were helpful. Breakfast fine. Staff avail24hrs. Is on a busy main road though so if your a light sleeper request a castle view!

Perfect! Staff really friendly and helpful, if there is problems or mistakes with a reservation they will make everything happening to solve it. The furniture is just beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is nice good choice of everything even though it is the same every day. The location is good, there is free parking just down the road, walkway to the castle and if u like a nice walk into the city go via Charles bridge. We would come back for sure. It's seriously worth it. We hope others can make the same experience.

We liked practically everything. Really nice, comfortable, quiet and friendly place. Beautiful surroundings, nice walk down to the city center, and comfortable way back with the tram no. 22.

The parking is expensive (we actually found a free-of-charge parking place nearby).

Lärmschutz zur Hauptstaße hin könnte besser sein, zusätzliche Parkgebühr.
