well appointed large bedroom and bathroom recently refurbished (no214)Great to have a balcony,but could do with a lick of paint.Excellent position and relatively quiet.Reception all spoke good english and were most helpful. Breakfasts of very poor standard. 80% Russian clentelle |

Su ubicación, aunque la habitación no tenía vistas al río, daba a la trasera. El personal. Enfrente de la habitación estaba el office y desde la siete de la mañana las trabajadoras hablaban muy alto, con lo que era imposible dormir a partir de esa hora. El desayuno no estaba muy surtido y a la petición de leche caliente las camareras responden con un no bastante claro. |

Hotel liegt phantastisch im schönsten Viertel von Karlsbad, trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer war schön - geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war mieserabel. Mitarbeiter eher unfreundlich, sprachen meist nur tschechisch und russisch. |
