The Hotel Krakonos is centrally situated in Rokytnice nad Jizerou in the west of the Krkonoše Mountains, surrounded by a stunning alpine scenery. Rokytnice nad Jizerou and its close surroundings are ideal for lots of recreational activities. Apart from ski slopes, there are also sports halls, tennis and volleyball courts, soccer pitches and a climbing center. The hotel offers a pool table, bowling and foosball. In the traditional restaurant, in the wine cellar, in the beer hall or at the reception you can use free wireless internet access. Hotel guests get a 20% reduction in the restaurant and in the wine bar, a 15% reduction for ski passes and a 10 % for ski rental as well as at the ski school and for massages. Location was good - Town center Price was pretty cheap 1. Room was small. Main door opens into the sink (if someone brushes teeth you cant go inside), no bath - only standing shower with no door! Only shower curtain. 2. Small staff (Only 2 front desk employees) and one of them was terribly not nice! 3. Sauna cost money! 4. Car parking area was way too small for the amount of cars and every morning we had to move our car for someone to drive out or wait for someone to move their car. 5. every night we were cold and had to ask the front desk to increase the heating. * the description of the hotel in Booking.com was way too luxurious comparing to the real life facts... specifically the photos!

I liked nothing about Hotel Krakonos Ugly, depressing, dirty, underheated rooms. Terrible, unfriendly service. They robbed us of our ski-pass money. We wanted to stay only 1 night but they demanded money for 2 nights, so we left without staying and returned to Prague.

Personal konnte deutsch. Sehr schöner Eingangsbereich. Nähe zum Skigebiet. Zimmereinrichtung war nicht angemessen. Harte Matratzen zum schlafen. Der Flur vom Zimmer ist gleichzeitig der Waschraum.

dobra kuchnia, sympatyczna obsługa fatalne urządzenia sanitarne (prysznic oddzielony ceratą, zdezelowane baterie, ciasne WC) , nie działające uchylne okno, brak wygłuszenia od strony ulicy (duży hałas w dzień i w nocy), malutkie TV, brzydki wystój pokoi, "koszarowe" korytarze

Niestety ten ośrodek w ogóle nie spełnia naszych oczekiwań, należy się cofnoąć o 40 lat-taki jest standard tego hotelu, w którym "nic " nie jest robione. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje pokój zabaw dla dzieci-brudne, porysowane ściany, brudne zabawki z lat 80-tych. Tam czas się wtedy zatrzymał.

Alle Hotel-Leute waren supernett und das Essen - Halbpension für geringen Aufpreis - war richtig gute traditionelle Küche. Jede Frage, die wir hatten, wurde beantwortet, überall am Ort gab es Kooperationspartner: Wir haben für Skiverleih und Skischule die Empfehlungen des Hotels wahrgenommen und haben es nicht bereut!

Poloha, vstřícný a milý personál, velice chutné a pestré silvestrovské menu. Vkusně zařízená jídelna. Snad původní letitá okna, okna, táhlo mezi oknem a dveřmí. Prosvětlit pokoje. Toaleta čistá, ale díky plochému plastovému prkénku velmi nízká, nevýhoda pro starší lidi.

nur die Zentrale Lage Sauberkeit der Zimmer (schmutzige Bettwäsche = Blutfleck im Laken, Haare vom Vorgänger oder Peronal auf der Bettwäsche, Hautschuppen unter der Matratze.....) und übrigen Räumlichleiten, teiweise Unfreundlichkeit des Personals

Die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe, viel zu teuer für ein Raum, indem ein sporadisches Bett mit alter Bettwäsche und alten Handtüchern steht und man keine Möglichkeit zur Erholung hat. Nie wieder werde ich hier einchecken.

Die Lage, die Anbindung zum Skigebiet, die Möglichkeit Skipässe im Hotel zu erwerben, die nette Art der holländischen Pächter. Der unfreundliche tchechische Empfangsmitarbeiter, das magere Frühstück, die Sauberkeit allgemein, der recht einfache Zimmerstandard und der Küchengeruch auf den Fluren.

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit der Rezeptionistin und dem Hausmeister. Ob Bereitstellung der Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück, was sich aufgrund der ungeheuren Schneemassen als echte Herausforderung darstellte oder bei Außer-Haus-Platzreservierung in Restaurants - es funktionierte perfekt. Ausstattungsniveau einer einfachen Jugendherberge
