Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 30,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

i liked the proximity to the old square and the general decor of the hotel. the size of the room was good and the bathrooms were good the third bed was not suitable for an adult although room was advertised as a triple room. the fact we were asked to leave our room at 9 due to a burst pipe and were not offered an alternative facilities and the fact the staf were not happy when we waited in the foyer for our taxi |

Location is perfect, 2mins walk from the old town main square. Easy access to all the cafes and restaurants in the old town. The reception was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Our room was on the 2rd floor face to the street where there is a bar, during the weekend it was a bit too noisy but during the week it was ok. Walls and floors were somewhat too thin, i could totally hear the guests next door. |

The location of this hotel can't be beaten..just a few steps from the Old Town square, shops, restaurants, market, etc. My room was large and nicely decorated..lovely big bathroom.Tea/coffee in the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was 711 overlooking the courtyard..it was very noisy. I could hear noise from the hallway, rooms upstairs and from the courtyard outside. |

Excellent location and very clean hotel. Lovely breakfast. Could possibly be quite noisy in peak season as is close to a few bars and resteraunts. But when we went was very peaceful and quiet. Great view from our bedroom window. |

Its a lovely hotel located in a nice courtyard two steps away from the main square. The room looked exactly as in the picture ( which is very rare!) and had pretty creamy furniture, facilities for making tea/coffee and a huge bathroom with both bath and a shower good for three! Breakfast was nice and served in the underground restaurant ( might not be very comfortable for the older folks to go down the spiral staircase tho). Staff was very helpful. Overall, I loved the hotel. The only two things that could potentially be a problem for other travellers is 1) you have to leave your car keys with the reception, cuz their parking space is very limited and they have to move the cars often. First time I ever gave my car keys away :) 2) depending on your room location, it can be quite noisy in the early hours of the morning ( people getting back from clubbing). I slept like dead tho, so didnt mind :) |

Friendly staff loverly rooms and a good location highly recommend we were in room (811) bathroom is great so is bedroom. Really well decorated also spotlessly clean. Fantasic stay. Missed a bar for the evenings simply just to chat and generaly meet other people. however never spoilt our stay. |

Location is terrific -- right near the main square. We walked everywhere. Breakfast buffet is complete, though getting decaf coffee was an effort. Rooms very big with nice storage and a huge bathroom. No elevators, which for some may be an issue. |

Beautiful room (811), fantastic bathroom, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Disappointed there was no bar to sit at in the evenings after a day out. Would have been nice to sit there in the evenings and chat to other guests. There was not even a lounge area. Just the rooms. |

A charming hotel in historic buildings, sympathetically modernised, right in the centre of Prague old town, with private off-street parking available. Lift was tiny and stopped a floor below ours - but understandable in such old premises. |

Excellent location, excellent facility. very clean room. I have been constantly disappointed by hotels I stayed in Europe, but not by this one for the first time. I just feel reluctant to teach this hotel to anybody because it is too good. No bath tub, but to me it was minor. |

For a visit to Prague, the location is perfect. It is very close to the Old Town Square - with a wonderful old courtyard separating the hotel from the center - enough space to give a bit of privacy, but still very close to the action. OUr room was huge. We had 3 people and we got a suite that gave us a sofa and 2 chairs, desk, etc. It was really nice to have some extra space we weren't tripping over each other. Also nice to have a sofa and chairs so we didn't have to sit on the beds. Not that we spent much time there though b/c there is so much to see and do in Prague. |

The location is excellent very near the historic center. The hotel is in a old building and there is no elevator. But the staff was gentle enough to take our luggage to our room, in the third floor. The wireless internet is free, but it didn´t work. |

Very friendly welcome. Excellent location. Very clean and large room. Arranged secure parking for our motorcycles. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant across the courtyard, the best we had on a 10 day trip.Would definately stay here again. No shower curtain. Shower over bath? Showver head fixed to wall ok for someone 5ft tall but no good for 6ft 3! |

This hotel was simply superb. It is extremely well-located (just off the Old Town Square, and minutes from Charles Bridge), yet quiet (at least our room was!). Our room was stunning - beautiful furniture, huge bathroom, very clean, real 'old world' ambience without being tacky, decent view. The breakfast room is possibly the nicest we have seen, and the breakfast itself was excellent. Reception were really helpful, and arranged a (paid) pick-up for us from the airport, which worked really well. The price was very reasonable for this type of accommodation. We can't wait to return! |

Rooms, location, breakfast. The staff at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff at the restaurant (not during breakfast, which is included, but as paying clients) threw menus and receipts at us. There's no semblance of customer service at this hotel. |
