Location is terrific -- right near the main square. We walked everywhere. Breakfast buffet is complete, though getting decaf coffee was an effort. Rooms very big with nice storage and a huge bathroom. No elevators, which for some may be an issue. |

Beautiful room (811), fantastic bathroom, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Disappointed there was no bar to sit at in the evenings after a day out. Would have been nice to sit there in the evenings and chat to other guests. There was not even a lounge area. Just the rooms. |

A charming hotel in historic buildings, sympathetically modernised, right in the centre of Prague old town, with private off-street parking available. Lift was tiny and stopped a floor below ours - but understandable in such old premises. |

Excellent location, excellent facility. very clean room. I have been constantly disappointed by hotels I stayed in Europe, but not by this one for the first time. I just feel reluctant to teach this hotel to anybody because it is too good. No bath tub, but to me it was minor. |

For a visit to Prague, the location is perfect. It is very close to the Old Town Square - with a wonderful old courtyard separating the hotel from the center - enough space to give a bit of privacy, but still very close to the action. OUr room was huge. We had 3 people and we got a suite that gave us a sofa and 2 chairs, desk, etc. It was really nice to have some extra space we weren't tripping over each other. Also nice to have a sofa and chairs so we didn't have to sit on the beds. Not that we spent much time there though b/c there is so much to see and do in Prague. |

The location is excellent very near the historic center. The hotel is in a old building and there is no elevator. But the staff was gentle enough to take our luggage to our room, in the third floor. The wireless internet is free, but it didn´t work. |

Very friendly welcome. Excellent location. Very clean and large room. Arranged secure parking for our motorcycles. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant across the courtyard, the best we had on a 10 day trip.Would definately stay here again. No shower curtain. Shower over bath? Showver head fixed to wall ok for someone 5ft tall but no good for 6ft 3! |

This hotel was simply superb. It is extremely well-located (just off the Old Town Square, and minutes from Charles Bridge), yet quiet (at least our room was!). Our room was stunning - beautiful furniture, huge bathroom, very clean, real 'old world' ambience without being tacky, decent view. The breakfast room is possibly the nicest we have seen, and the breakfast itself was excellent. Reception were really helpful, and arranged a (paid) pick-up for us from the airport, which worked really well. The price was very reasonable for this type of accommodation. We can't wait to return! |

Rooms, location, breakfast. The staff at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff at the restaurant (not during breakfast, which is included, but as paying clients) threw menus and receipts at us. There's no semblance of customer service at this hotel. |

Excellent location, luxury room which was clean and quiet. For the price we paid the room was far beyond the expectations. To recommend to friends. The welcome at the reception was a little cold. However, the room was so superb and huge that we did not care very much (we were hosted in the ***** part of the hotel). |

The location is excellent, right in the center ... the breakfast was good and fair value for money ... THis was my second stay at the hotel ... first stay the room was standard and had a great view over the square and church spire. for this secoond stay wanted something more special and so I booked a suite. Although it was a spacious two rooms, it (and all suites, I was told) had windows over central courtyard (no view). AC was only a unit in sitting room (it was quite hot there in early August) and so bedroom needed windows open. Noise from center courtyard was terrible morning and night since it is used for all restaurant service ... noise of carts rattling across cobblestone and workers talking ... and windows quite low (first floor). I would not recommend suites at all at this hotel!! |

The room was very well furnished and had an incredible view of Prague's historic center. It's in a heavily touristed area and so was somewhat noisy at night. The breakfast was also not particularly good. |

Excellent location in old town. Grand decorating in the rooms, modern bathrooms. Very good breakfast in artsy cave-like basement of next building. |

The room was very nicely decorated and with a great view, great location. All services provided were great: breakfast, cleaning, taxi, flexibility of staff (because we changed rooms and also made the taxi driver wait half an hour) etc. We were a bit late with checking out, 10 minutes. I thought it was a bit overdone that we were called on the phone 10 minutes after check out time why we hadn't checked out yet. And the coffee at breakfast is terrible! I think one should invest in a good coffee machine with this level of hotel. |

Central Position is ideally suited for visiting most of the attractions by foot. Clean, neat, and not as noisy as some reviews would suggest. We selected the hotel because they offered in-room tea making facilities, many hotels not offering this simple requirement. We twice asked for more sugar and milk, and you would have thought that we had asked for the keys to the safe. This was the only disappointment of a good stay. |

Fantastic location!!!! Very central -Only 2min away from the Old Town Square. Room was beautiful and spacious (kept its olds features, wooden floor, etc - bathroom was brand new). Got a good deal on booking.com and thought it was good value for money. Would definitely return to this hotel if you come back to Prague. Breakfast was not great. No lift (not a problem for a young couple though). No sleepers - no bath robes expected in a 5tars hotel. (not a problem for us but if you're used to 5 stars facilities you might be disappointed) This is more a 3 to 4 stars, than 4 to 5 stars. |
