The room was very clean and the bed was confortable, not hard like typical european beds. No noise at night. The receptionist was very helpful. The breakfast was fair, the coffee was terrible, the bacon was not well fried. They charge for Capuccinos, unlike others hotel which is included. The price for parking is extremely high, but the car is secure inside the premises. The hotel is situated within walking distance from the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. The city of Prague is extremely expensive and most of the establishments are "tourists traps." So plan on bringing plenty of funds to defray the hight cost of meals, etc. And don't even try purchasing the crystal... My overall experience in Prague was good. The hotel advertises a whirpool spa, and it was not available. |

Very quiet rooms. Easy public parking. Very central. Receptionist gave me lots of aspirins for my toothache. Breakfast room is always busy. A flight of stairs between the lift and the rooms makes it difficult if you have a lot of luggage. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was located near to the tourist areas/monuments/shopping areas. The breakfast area was very crowded, nowhere to sit and the breakfast offered was mediocre for an american hotel chain. |

Great location, perfect for a touristic weekend in Prague. The staff is friendly and the room big enough. Maybe a bit expensive considering the city standard, but generally speaking it worth the money u spend no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Once I called the reception from my room and I had to pay the call |

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice, just a bit small. Breakfast was wonderful, though not a breakfast that Americans are very familiar with. The room was rather small for being a triple room. Also, though they have parking, you have to call the hotel to make a parking reservation, and their garage is very small. However, there is a nonstop garage just down the road, it is just not very easy to get to due to the one-way roads. |

It was within a few steps of the Powder Tower, and a great location to visit all the tourist sites of downtown Praha. Great location. |

My sister and I enjoy a city break each year and have stayed in hotels in many countries. The Best Western is in a brilliant location - turn left for site seeing - turn right for shopping. Excellent service staff extremely helpful. Tea and coffee facilities in room as well as air con, safe, t.v. and mini bar. Will be booking Best Western hotels in the future. |

Quiet comfortable room just a few minutes walk from the old town (where it is always busy) and also a few steps away from the metro (fast and inexpensive). There is a wellness centre in the basement. I thought the lobby cafe was a bit dark - but others seemed to be enjoying it. |

Location, Breakfast included was an excellent buffet. Pillows were terrible. The triple room was not as large as we expected and it appeared that the room I viewed as a triple was actually the suite. We ended up with the suite anyway as the staff was very understanding. |

This is a true boutique-style hotel - luxuriously furnished and with great charm and character, located right in the heart of Prague, next to Wencelas Square. |
This 4-star deluxe design hotel enjoys an ideal location in the city centre, close to the historic district of Mala Strana. In only five minutes, you can reach Wenceslas Square by metro. |
Metropol Hotel Prague is a new 4-star design hotel in the very centre of the Czech capital. It is housed in a unique nine-storey building, finished in June 2007, with an all-glass façade. |
The popular and luxury secession-style Esplanade hotel is situated in a quiet area of the city centre, only 2 minutes' walk from the well-known Wenceslas Square. |
