The location was excellent. For breakfast, hot and cold foods were available so there was something to suit everyone and the breakfast would keep you going for a long time. The hotel and rooms looked very warm, colourful and welcoming. I didnt like the price of beverages in the hotel bar and it discourages people to drink there and therby makes the atmosphere a bit dull. |

The hotel Was very nice and the location was good. The breakfast was very good and the staff was good and nice. The spa and fitness" was cold Water and the machin was very bad. You most pay 10euro to get in. |

The ease of the staff, the location was perfect, the ambience of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. We had a fantastic trip saw what we wanted and did what we wanted - would not have changed anything. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it. |

The hotel has a great location and it is quite elegant; the rate was also good compared to other hotels. The services are good. We had a triple room and unfortunetly the hiting system was not working properly which made our room to be cold during our entire staying in the hotel. |

Room could have been bigger, but as we had a very very good deal I assume we did not have their best room. (Booked the day before travel, price was very reduced.) Would have liked to use the whirlpool spa but when we looked the water was not very warm. Otherwise excellent. |

Wonderful location for the old quarter of prague. The staff are pleasant and helpful, rooms very comfortable and a very good breakfast. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. |

very close to everything, 10 minutes to old town square and wenceslas square, very clean and helpful staff Toaster didnt work in breakfast room and the 'hot' food was only lukewarm and some of the food looked as if it had been put out every day (until it was eaten) rather than freshly prepared every day. Nowhere to sit other than your room or the hotel bar (where you felt you had to have a drink) which was quite often very smokey, would ahve been nice if there had been a lounge area just to sit in easy chairs |

Location of the hotel was very good. Very close to the historic old town and good access to, metro, railway, airport busses. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The hotel was good for the price but a little shady for a 4-star hotel, more like a good 3-star. Rooms are good but the lobby would need some redecoration. |

It's a nice hotel in a very centre of the city, close to historical places and metro station. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast- everything that they cook themseleves (except apple pie) is not testy:-o But the rest is OK. |
