The staff was very friendly and helpful. The faculties were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! It was a good value for the money. It was a great central location for easy access to historic sites and bus tours . Not really any dislikes .

Everything is not bad but not perfect. The cleaner used my shoe bag (which was left empty after I have taken my shoes out of it) for the bin while we were out for walk. I don't mind at all but this is not what I expect from a good hotel.

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable. The bed in the room was very comfortable. There is a wide choice of breakfast options. There was no aspect of this hotel that I didn't like.

In the helpdesk they where amazing freindly and helpfull. I didn´t like that the door to the room was to short. It stopped 2 inches above the floor. I could hear into the others guest when we walked to our room.

Good location and quiet at night both internally and externally. Breakfast was very good from the choice and quality point of view. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and pleasant. Clean and well maintained decor and fittings. That we had to leave!!!!

The location is excellent - within a few minutes walk to the most famous sightseeing points. Pretty quiet in the evenings. There was pubic hair in the bathtub from the previous guests - really disgusting. Took them some time to come clean the bath. When addressed regarding the issue the staff was very rude and unfriendly.

The Location is fantastic. Walking distance to all sights. The staff was helpful and the room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good too. The hotel could use some renovations.

Location close to Old Town Room ( 3 bedded) very spacious Excellent breakfast menu Most staff were excellent One member of breakfast room staff brusque and unfriendly - this affected the overall rating for staff which would otherwise have been excellent.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe. Staff was great with speaking English The price of parking my car was 26 Euro a day. I also paid 26 Euro a day for my small dog to stay with me.
