I feel relaxed and there are different activities in the hotel. Great parking and good advice from staff about the parking fee. Cannot think of any. Everything seems fine. But if they can extend the spa and massage service time beyond 7pm, that may be better. That is something I would like to do at the end of the day. |

The dinner and breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. Dispite our comments about some of the female staff we would still recomend the hotel. Some of the female staff working at reception counter were a little impatient and short when asked for information. During check in we were not properly greeted, but ignored and a guest standing behind us was helped before we were, the staff could work on being polite. If the hotel printed out maps of the area and gave them to guests for free it would help a lot. They did have some maps but only for sale. |

The hotel itself is fantastic. As a diabetic I particularly praise the choice of food for the buffet breakfast. Congratulations! The environment is beautiful. |

Quite big swiming pool ans good turkish sauna. Good breakfast. Mineral water is available directly in lobby. Located in historical building hotel inside is absolutely standart and reminds socialim time in service and in design. Staff hardly speak english, no problems with german. Definetely hotel for senior german people only. |

Location was just great, not far from center and in the middle of trees. Staff was very helpful and polite, room is very comfortable and clean, spa facilities (swimming pool, roman bath, therapies) are excellent and very clean. It was great value for money. Wi-Fi available in the lobby and bar. No food (even snacks) available in the entire hotel after 8 pm. |

Great pool, steambath; good breakfast; beautiful setting/woods; both massage staff were good; reception staff friendly and English was sufficient to communicate what was necessary; must ask for room w/balcony - not much extra charge, though Hard beds! Hot tub was extra fee, thought it was included in room rate but overall great stay |

There is a salt water large pool which was a definite plus. The spa area, while none of it is included unless you buy a 3 day package (check on line), is really quite reasonable. A basic 20 minute massage is very reasonable based on North American prices. You can also arrange for a discount, but check with the manager of the hotel first and have it in writing. Driving to Marianske Lazne from Praha is better via Plzen if you want to save time, nicer via Karlovy Vary if you want the scenic route. A very quiet hotel with very trustworthy and amiable staff. The information on Booking.com implied a free massage, which it was not. The menu in the hotel was aimed at one nationality, not enough variety for North Americans. It is quite far up a hill, so if you want to park your car, be prepared for quite a hike to the center of town. The clientelle is older and they have bus groups - that may be a plus or minus depending on your viewpoint. Breakfast is good (i.e. hot food ) but not outstanding. |

A great place to realx. Single room was not a little pokey attick like some places, but a huge room with high ceiling, wardrobe big enough to step inside and a great bathroom. Quiet area with lovely wooded surroundings and good views. Price you pay for the great location a very steep walk up the driveway which starts already a bit of an uphill walk from town. The towels were rather small. Should have been warned about mixed nudity in the sauna and it's surrounding area. Could have beeena shock for more sensitive soul! |

Ruhe, trotz relativ vieler Gäste, guter Service an der Rezeption, angebot an Wellness und med . Diensten, weg von der Stadt und doch nahe am Zentrum Frühstück- und Essensbereich sehr distanzierter, überforderter Mitarbeiterstab und Unfreundlich. Parkplatzgebühren wesentlich überhöht. |

Отличный семейный отель. Приветливый персонал. Хороший бассейн с соленой водой, сауна и римская баня. Большой выбор лечебных и Спа процедур, доступные цены на услуги. Ночью в номере было прохладно, т.к. каждую ночь отключали часа на 3 отопление. |

Slusny personal, dobre jidlo, klid, krasne prostredi, cisty bazen, krasne prochazky lesem, blizko na hlavni tridu. Ciste pokoje. Vecer hudba. Jeli jsme jako rodina, a prostredi bylo spise jako v nemeckem domove duchodcu. :-). V celych Marianskych Laznich jsme byli prekvapeni, ze vek navstevniku byl vesmes mezi 55 - 75 let. |

Mooie kamer. Goede faciliteiten zoals zwembad, mooie sauna en sportruimte. Eten was goed en het personeel zeer voorkomend. De bedden zijn heel hard en daardoor heb ik slecht geslapen en pijn in de rug. De mevrouw van de receptie hield vol dat harde bedden gezond zijn. Willen we nog een keer terug gaan naar dit hotel, dan moeten de bedden echt beter zijn. |

Poollandschaft. Buchungsfehler den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption angemeldet: keine Interesse gezeigt, unfreundlich reagiert. Unterdachzimmer mit steiler Schräge bekommen. Keine besondere Austattung. Viele ältere Gäste. Die so genannten "Hoteleigene Quellen" sind nur 2 Stunden am Tag verfügbar. Ich habe mich über zu viele Sachen geärgert, um mich entspannen zu können. |

Très calme en hauteur avec vue sur la forêt très bon petit déjeuner j'avais demandé 2lits séparés j'ai eu 2 chambres avec lit king size!!!! Chambres communicantes piscine à 31° avec super jets massants Beaucoup de personnes âgées venant pour le spa |
