Excellent location, big triple room (including even two separate rooms: for 2 persons and for 1 person), separate bath room and toalet. It would be good to supply a room with electro-kettle. Also to put more comfortable pillows. Walls in the hotel are extremely thin, you can hear and make out each neighbours` word - it would be nice to improve the isolation. |

Just a short walk to any part of the city. As you exit the hotel, cross the street go dawn stair. When at the end if you go to the right there is a fantastic garden just a short walk. It was on a hill and when walking back from the river it was a bit of a clime for a 72 year old. But we managed fine with a few stops. |

Good value for money. Excellent location in the centre of Karoly Vary. Good alternative to the more "fancy" spa hotels. Personal service attitude. Breakfast buffe is fine. |

Big space to one or two people. Very clean bathroom and toilet. Wireless seems not very well singal. There was no hot water at 2nd day morning. |

It is a good location and the rooms are ok. The breakfast is ok. Our room was turned to the back of the hotel and to a hill. You can hear to much sound from other rooms. Additionally, the building next to the Hotel was being rebuilt, so you could not sleep more than 8 in the morning. |

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment which was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good - even had hot oatmeal. The sink and bathtub were together and the wc was separate, but right next to the bathroom. We would have preferred to have a sink with the wc. We didn't have electricity in the room in the morning when we woke up, and I couldn't get a hold of any staff till after breakfast. The loss of electricity was not the hotel's fault and it was fixed right away. |
