Excelent view! Good parking site, close to the city by car( few minutes). Very calm place. Very polite and helpfull porter( man around late '50s). 5-star hotel with 5-star impression, but with boring and typical breakfast. I've reserved double superior room with double bed, but i got standard room. After discuss with hotel staff they've said that they don't have superior rooms with double bed and i can choose: standard room with double bed or superior room with twin beds. Internet connection should be for free. |

Huge room, balcony with an amazing view of the city, comfortable beds, pool - sauna - steam bath included, efficient and cheap taxi service to town and back, some nice hotel staff people, regular intercontinental breakfast. A 5 stars hotel...let's say 4 with an addition bcz of the wellness centre. Service is what matters not just a huge room. 80's hotel structure and some 70's funiture, some hotel stuff can't speak proper english, room temperature was always too high and humidity levels are so low (tons of throat pains, woke up in the middle of the night and drink everything from the minibar, maybe it's their policy!), room service for breakfast not so gentle, pay tv present but not working (just czech or german channels and bbc). |

Very big room plus an extra room en very good bathroom. Very comfortable hotel. We had very nice view on Prague. The resturant was also very good. We were late on the day of arrival, we wanted to call to assure they keep the room for us, but nobody answerd the phone. |

Good view fm the room. The attitude of staff at reception when we arrived was terrible. We just asked for the way to the closest metro station, but what he told us until I complain him strongly was "That way." without showing map and metro station is about 10min.walk fm the hotel... |

We enjoyed the fantastic overview over Praha, the silence and the wonderful spacious room. The staff was rather unfriendly and the breakfast buffet was not 5-star like. |

Cleanliness, comfort, good price, very big rooms and beautiful view. The shuttle bus service to the metro station and castle should be more often and until late. |

I stayed in the superior room which was indeed that.View from room is amazing and room was large enough to host parents and two young children (10 months, 3.5 yrs) Hotel is a little hard to reach from Center. It is 15 minutes walk or a bus ride from nearest metro station. |
