Spacious room and spaciousness in the whole hotel, excellent view on the city No sauna in the pool, the discount for the dinner in the restaurant could be automatic, not with voucher paper piece, what have discovered after the dinner.

A beautiful modern hotel, quiet, with large, luxurious and very comfortable en-suite rooms, all with private balcony. Stunning views over the city. Free parking (one of the main reasons for choosing it) and free shuttle bus to castle or metro station. There was a lot of choice for breakfast was a bit disappointing. The hotel restaurant had a very limited evening menu which did not change in the 4 days we were there. It was relatively expensive so we prefered to stay in the city centre for evening meals, where there was plenty of choice in every budget range. The hotel was a long way out from the centre, which meant travelling back and forth was time consuming and tiring, especially if you didn't utilise the shuttle service or the hotel limousines.

Very good luxury room. Big terrace. Located in a green area of Prague. We liked the swimming pool. There were not people there. Good breakfast. In the hotel we did not see too many guests. It is good if you want to relax a bit and do not want to be disturbed by other people. We stayed there on May 2-5. There was a very cold weather. It was very cold in the common areas of the hotel and in the corridors.

Impressive building, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice, clean rooms with balcony and great view over the city. Good range of food for breakfast. Approx 15 min walk to nearest underground station so reasonably convenient for city centre if you don't mind a bit of walking. Very expensive restaurant so did not use it. Bit of a distance from airport and cost approx 600 czk (approx €24) for taxi. No English language tv channels except BBC world. No nearby restaurants/shops without going into town.

It wasn't downtown in a busy area and had a beautiful view. When we asked the hotel staff for recommendations for restaurants in the area the front desk clerk only said "the centrum" but wasn't very friendly and gave mo suggestions or brochures.

We stayed at this property in December 2011. Occasionally we made mistakes with our accommodation. None more so than this Hotel. Why, oh why, did we choose this Hotel??? A question we keep asking ourselves. The only answer that we can come up with, is that it had very good parking. When we arrived, we thought that we were on a "winner". Reception staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was one of the largest that we had seen and the view from the balcony was pretty good. It went downhill from there!!! There were minor issues of no kettle, pool closed and lack of wi fi in the room. These are easily addressed. However, they seriously need to change the chef/ cook in their Restaurant.Food and Service were abysmal. However, the issue that troubled us most, was the poor, poor response and woeful attitude that we recieved from the Management, following Account issues. All I can say is----Do not Stay Here !!!! And , if for some reason you do, Do Not Give Credit Card details as the deposit. The Hotel was a disaster, but Prague is beautiful. Staying here hasn't discouraged us from returning to Prague at a later date.

1. Nicely furnished rooms 2. Nice and cozy environment 3. Indoor swimming pool and spa services 4. Free parking 5. Free internet services in room 1. Very bad breakfast. I expect better breakfast from 5 star hotel. The breakfast was comparable to 2 star hotel. 2. The lobby was very cold and depressing(for some not understandable reason) 3. Unmaintained hotel facilities 4. No tea/coffee in room 5. No writing pad in the room On average, I will rate the hotel 4 star, maximum. To be 5 star, many things need to be improved (specially in context of value of money)

Rooms (on the 4th floor) were recently renovated - luxury feeling (Hans Grohe, Villeroy & Boch..) modern design, large and perfect fit bed, individual heating, amazing view to Prague city from almost all rooms, sun terrace with two chairs, big soundproof windows, safe big enough for 3 laptops, non smoking rooms, separated wc, bathtub :-), two washbasins, small mirror, hairdryer, hankies, bathrobes, slippers, natural soap with lemon extracts......haven´t stood in such a great room for very long time. Breakfast was on 3* hotel level, definitely not 5* but you can find what you like and you wont starve. There is smoking alowed in corridors, bar area and most of the public areas in the hotel. Taxi service 2x more expencive than other taxi services. Just call and book your own vehicle (not hotel taxi). Had problems with my bill because of wrong dates of my arr and dep. It was date when I´ve booked it not the days of stay. They were not able to change in even if I asked several times.

Very good service. Questions and complaints were handled professional and immediately. Breakfast was really bad. Bad choice and quality of food. No service personnel to bring the warm drinks/coffee. Atmosphere of the hotel was like you imagine a former communist mass hotel. For public transportation you have to walk 10 min down a hill (and afterwards upwards) to get to a tram station. Then you have to go with the tram to the next subway station and further to the city center. The hotel is in a living area -- no shops, cafes, restaurants near the hotel

The room, the view The reception staff, for a 5* hotel, they need to be more polite and welcoming. We felt like we always bothered the girls at the reception. For the price we pay I think we deserve at least a smile once in a while

The hotel is a huge size, our room was clean and comfortable, most rooms have a large terrase with beautiful view on the Prague City. The breakfast does not fit the stile of 4-5 star hotels. The restoraunt is more expencive than it should be .The hotel located rather far from tourist main sightseeings. The way from the hotel to the nearest tram (metro) takes ~15 min by walk, on the back way ~ 25 min .Opportunity to get shuttle transportation on the back way is very unlikely. The most important that the temperature in the room and in common places of the hotel was very low during my stay (October) . Equipments for heating in the hotel does not exist. Perhaps the hotel will be rather good in Summer time. But in Autumn it is very cold in the hotel.

The standard of the room and view from the balcony was excellent. The restaurant staff were very disappointing in their attention. The food was not up to 5 star standard. My steak would have been better utilized in the repair of the soles of my shoes. The wine list was a waste of paper with hardly any of the items available for consumption. The walk to the breakfast room made it feel it was the other side of Praugue. Hot food at breakfast should have been labeled " cold selection".
