Location is very good. When we arrived at the hotel at 20:00PM, door of the hotel was locked, but no one was in reception counter. Therefore, we should wait for a certain period until other guests opened the door to go out. "Bell" is necessary. |

Good location. No air conditioning (terrible in summer!); Breakfast was ok, but not to compare with a western European 4* standard; part of the staff were pretty rude (like anywhere in Prague!!!); bathroom was very clean, but with almost no facilities. |

In the City! One of the staff never said hi (maybe b/c of Internet surfing), she got angry when we wanted to ask her something once. When we would pay for the room, we got the price in CZK which was more than we had booked in Euro, the reason was we were paying with credit card, not cash! |
