sa localisation, en centre ville et près du Metro la propreté. Je suis restée plusieurs nuits dans la même chambre et celle-ci n'a pas été nettoyée du tout. Les serviettes de bain sont rugueuses. Il n'y avait pas de climatisation et si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte, on a droit à l'invasion de moustiques. Le petit-déjeuner. Ce 4 étoiles offre en réalité les services d'un 3 étoiles. |

Situation de l'hotel et confort des chambres La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée un jour. Au moment du paiement, le taux de change appliqué par l'hotel est nettement défavorable par rapport à ce qui est indiqué sur booking.com |

Location is very good. When we arrived at the hotel at 20:00PM, door of the hotel was locked, but no one was in reception counter. Therefore, we should wait for a certain period until other guests opened the door to go out. "Bell" is necessary. |

Good location. No air conditioning (terrible in summer!); Breakfast was ok, but not to compare with a western European 4* standard; part of the staff were pretty rude (like anywhere in Prague!!!); bathroom was very clean, but with almost no facilities. |
