The location is perfect it's ideal for exploring the city of Prague & the best bars & clubs are a short walk away. the rooms are clean the beds are ok
The rooms at the front of the hotel are a little noisy there's no phones in the room so you can't contact reception the mini bar had no bottle opener & there was a price list in the room itemising the cost to me for any breakages!!!
Rooms clean & comfortable
No tea & coffee making facilities in the room.
Very nice location, nice view to center of town to Wenceslas Square. Tasty breakfast, fast wifi, friendly staff
Rooms a little dirty, some equipment in bathroom is broken. Hard to find very small reception. Hotel has no hall, no bar etc.
Location was good - very central to all major points.
Problems checking in, I had booked a double room and was given a single, when I approached reception about this I was told that they were full so there was nothing they could do. I booked through booking.com and was charged in the wrong currency, which made the price of our stay absolutely absurd! I was charged prior to checking in, and when checking out I asked if they would be any more charges to be made on my card, the gentleman at reception said no, however after checking out I realised that I was charged the tourist tax without being told. The breakfast was disgusting. There was no level of appeal or cleanliness about it. In fact we walked out after entering. Whilst wifi was available it timed out regularly, so we had to keep regents re-entering the details on our devices. I would not recommend this hotel at all. What a way to ruin our stay in such a beautiful city.
Location, location, location
right on Wenceles Square very close to metro good breakfast good security
under no circumstances exchange money on Wenceles Square. The majority are thieves. Always use the ATM or motel. This is no reflection on the motel.
The location is great. It is very close to a metro station. Staff are very helpful and nice.
The air conditioner the room I stayed was not good. It could not cool the bedroom.
They charged me 60 local currency at the check out time . ( tourism tax?)
Nice view out of the window, great location for tourists. Rooms are clean
No negative points
Location. Front desk staff very helpful.
Breakfast-VERY basic. A/cond struggled a bit in the warmer weather. Our sons room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
The location was perfect for me as a woman traveling alone. It is right in the center of the historic section and I always felt safe. Within walking distance of most of the historic sites, especially the old town square.
location was brilliant
only one lift and no bar
A lovely hotel in the very centre. I had a large room with a lot of space. The reception were very helpful.
The decore is a bit dated but is looked after quite well.
Cramped bedroom - couldn't swing a cat in it. Noisy. Breakfast - disgusting
Staff friendly. Close to everything. Comfortable beds.
No bacon at breakfast
The buffet breakfast and the staff, comfortable beds, spacious room, quiet
Location was fantastic, Staff are super friendly.
Room was just a bit "Old" Lampshades stained and mouldy. Breakfast was absolutely awful and not inviting at all. Poor selection of fruits and everything looked a day or two old, with browning salad and tired looking fruit.
Ideal location, in the center of Prague, lots of bars and shops, easy walk to Charles Bridge.
The location and service was good.
It looked clean at first, but when i tried to use bathtub, I saw a lot of disgusting dirt from the tap. They should have cleaned unvisible area.
The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. The hotel was very clean. Great location.
Great Location. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay
Very well positioned. Right at the Metro station exit, in a famous square of Prague. Quiet, clean helpful staff.
Location, near central station and in a very great street. The street is very beautiful and with very options to eat and shopping.
Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great location. Good breakfast.
I cannot immediately think of anything, so there was nothing I didn't like.
