The location is pewrfect. Room space is more than enough

Internet was only available at lobby. It doesn't work inmy room.

Perfect location, most of the tourist attractions can be reached on foot or with a tram that stops just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast, though the choice of hot meals and meat was limited (the buffet included mainly pastries). Baby chairs available. No problems with late check out after 6 days stay. Computer with internet in the lobby and free printing up to 5 pages allowed easy online boarding.

Some noise from the street - we got used to it after 2 nights, but some may not. The children play area is very small. Not clean enough for small children - not cleaned regularly under beds, etc. We stayed in an appartment, with a bedroom and a living room where the additional bed and the baby cot were put. There was no door in the living room so it was difficult to go to the bathroom when children were sleeping. The hotel does not have a restaurant that serves lunches or dinners. However there are many nice restaurants nearby.

Hotel staff extremelly friendly and supportive, excellent location (only a few blocks from Charles Bridge, just in front of the funicular to Petrin garden, really close to nice restaurants in Mala Strana and close to a nice shopping mall), wonderful facilities, excellent breakfast, spacious, nicely decorated and clean rooms, very good price on the daily rate.

The only let down for me was the fact that the room walls are not fully or properly insulated, therefore not acoustically isolating the water pipes which set within them walls. Thus everytime somebody else in another upstairs room used their bathroom (sink, toilet or shower), the noise was as if it was raining inside my room. But that was a really minor issue, taking into account what you get in the package.

We thought the location was excellent - so near to the Old Town and also to Castle and Palace. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the scrambled eggs were an unexpected surprise. We have recommended Hotel Roma to four friends who are planning to visit Prague in May 2012.

Not sure we liked the cold floors in the bedroom. We much prefer a carpet, but understand this is the norm for Prague and in particular your hotels.

Great hotel and location, 3 nights in a 4 star hotel in prague for 60 quid with breakfast, how good is that

Great location just a breath away from the Castle and Charles Bridge,the price was excellent and the breakfast was pretty nice too.

Free shuttle bus is only for your arrival and not for your departure.This is kind of tricky because in their mail they reassured me that is free for both ways !!

Heating is good, wifi is free

Soundproofing is bad, wifi is unstable, cable tv contains only german language channels, asked for double bed and got twin bed room

Its location and the friendliness of staff. The rooms were a good size for two people especially as we were there for 2 weeks

I mentioned the noisiness of the tiled floors and we suggested using felt under the chairs to prevent the scraping noise every time they were moved by us or people staying above us. Also there was often noise from the courtyard which disturbed our sleep. The weather was particularly good which meant people were outside for quite a long time in the evenings.

the location of the hotel and standard is very goo. lots of eating places nearby and local transport if reuqired. all in excellent hotel and location with great facilities

The location is very good. All main sights are easily available, most of them within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms comfortable.

I would have given a higher rating but my niece and I were put in a very small room the first night. The staff only told me that the hotel was full and that we will be given a standard room the next day. This was no excuse as I had already booked the room in April and I had asked for a confirmation only the week before our arrival?!!? Unacceptable for a four star hotel and a pity as this was the 3rd time I stayed in the hotel. The other 3 nights were fine.
