Everything was very good. A really perfect choice for travellers in Prague. Generally the prices are very cheap(in comparison to other countries), but if you compare it with the rest of Prague hotels, it is a bit more expensive. |

Location, very comfy bed, individual heating, free internet connection and coffee/tee maker in the room, wide variety of the breakfast :-) Booking says it is strictly non smoking hotel, however lobby smelling and 3&4 floor is for smokers. Not smoking in the lobby would help to improve the quality of the service. |

The morning shift reception desk lady was very helpful. The breakfast was good. Location is a easy walking to most sights in old town. Tram stops are adjacent for moving around as well. Room cleaning was under par. A hair was found on bed on the first day we checked in. Old towels were left in bath room once during our 4 night s stay. Room heating system was not warm enough. |

Very nice Hotel in the center of Everything,good breakfast,u can find all u need near hotel,the Front desk it was very helpfull,u can change money in the hotel with good rate,tram infront of the hotel ,it was perfect The old noisy beds |

Huge bedrooms, clean and well presented. big spacious reception and bar area. Friendly staff. Excellent location. No tea / coffee provided in rooms. could be requested but at a charge. |

Excellent staff. Rom very clean. Great position. Need to sort out the breakfast better with larger plates and reorganise the position of the toaster and hot food container. 2 toasters would ease the problem so would another hot food container. |

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good air conditioning. Ideally located for (very efficient) transport routes, but far enough away from centre to get some quiet. Easy walk to all bridges and castle, adjacent to funicular railway, close to good quality restaurants and bars. People smoking in hotel reception area. |
