Hotel location is perfect. Staff is friendly and nice. Good value for the money. Decoration is very old style. I would not rate this hotel 4 stars. Rather 2 stars to me. |

The hotel was centrally located near shopping, spas and dining. The breakfast was the most varied and tasty of any European breakfast we can remember. The main desk staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. We had to drive our car several blocks away and park in an extremely small space. Also, the waiters never smiled and knew limited English, which caused some ordering confusion. |

The staff were superfriendly and accomodating. Hotel was nice, old quaint, and ideally located. Breakfast bar - superb. Evening menu - evenbetter. Bit pricey but still good value. No - interior (not rooms) could do with a coat of paint and carpet needs improvement but outside that this was an excellent hotel. |

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very pretty. The fact if you paid with crowns or credit card it was more expensive than if you paid with Euro. |

Good location, good breakfast Horrible corridor, room doors were made in 80´S, bathroom in deluxe category was only with shower (no bathtube) a looks like bathroom in some cheap motel. If you will pay with czech crowns or by your credit card, the hotel has very high rate of exchange ( so, it is good to pay only in euro cash) |

The stuff treat was very good . the breakfast was tasty , but monotonous The room was smaler then it was pointed ; the hotel demands cash payment for price given during reservation or higher price if I wanted to pay by credit card |

The room was large and the location fantastic. They also let us keep our parking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so we had additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary. |

Comfortable bed Buyer BEWARE-price quoted on website is only applicable if you bring cash EUROS-otherwise they will say the exchange rate has changed and charge you more, this happened to me. |

The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional & switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nice and breakfast was superb. |
