la scrorie spa à la base je suiss allée pour faire un traitement qui coutait 200 euro et ensuite une fois avec le medecin au centre pour releger mes petit bobos je devrai payé tous au lieu que la nuit me coutait 49 euro avec le traitement la nuit m'a coutait 150 euro est en plus c'était un hotal spa sur votre site mais à la base ce n'était pas le cas ce n'est qu'un simple hotel sans spa |

Alexander (at reception) was wonderful. He helped arrange tours, spa packages and give suggestions. Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner. Great location. We walked to everything. |

Clean, well appointed rooms, nicely furnished. Very friendly and obliging staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of the spa section of KV town, and literally a couple of steps from the lovely Castle Spa. Hotel guests get a discount at the spa if you book through the hotel. |

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Not easy to find without a navigation system, and be sure to reserve a parking space in advance. Worth paying the extra for a superior room with a balcony and a view of the town. True you look out onto a hideous 70s concrete spa centre, but all around you have wonderful views of the elegant town and the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best I have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazingly pleasant, friendly and helpful and spoke good English (and I assume Czech, German and Russian). The hotel, like the whole town it seems, goes to bed at around 21:00 and it's impossible to get even a coffee. At least it did in October when we were there. Don't let this put you off; there are tea making facilities in the room and the softest bathrobes you could imagine..... |

Our room was comfortable and nice. The small balcony was just enough large for two persons to be on but the view was really good. The breakfast was luxory and good. We liked the hotel and it gave us a luxory stay. |

I stayed in the economy single room so I didnt expect too much but it had even more than I could need so I was happy. Own bathroom, comfortable bed, wifi, armchair, desk, radio, tv. And the buffet breakfast was simply amazing! |

Location was very good. Central SPA on the other side of the street. Good choice for breakfast. Very quiet area. Rooms (we took quadruple room) were very simple, even ugly. Also no bath. |

We liked the service, the beautiful sunny terrace and the quality of the breakfast. Also the price is more than reasonable. Last but not least: the old lift is very cute! Somletimes the rooms are cleaned rather late in the day. One detail: some lamps in the nice lampholders and chandeliers are missing. |

The breakfast was wonderful (the best hotel breakfast I've had in the Czech Republic) ... The hotel had a definite feel of old world spa town charm Parking is viirtually impossible in the town of Karlovy Vary and the hotel has only 8 available spots that must be reserved in advance ... a very tight situation that left us scrambling. |

Very central placed,with larges rooms and a very good cuisine.The all staff (of reception and also, from the restaurant )are good's profesionist. Check the mattress,please, it's smell of 'old'.And the wardrobe, too. |

The hotel was centrally located near shopping, spas and dining. The breakfast was the most varied and tasty of any European breakfast we can remember. The main desk staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. We had to drive our car several blocks away and park in an extremely small space. Also, the waiters never smiled and knew limited English, which caused some ordering confusion. |
