The hotel location is really great , very nice..I get a double room with single room price. 4 starts hotel indeed, very rich breakfast...even it is in spa center, however, 15 min walking from bus terminal it will be easier to be there by taking bus nr.2.

excellent staffs, especially the reception young beautifully lady. They all are very friendly , helpful, nice...... make you very relax and comfortable. The room is big with balcony, high ceiling, good view , powerful shower. The breakfast is outstanding, the ham and cold cuts are tasty. good choice of cheese, and the dinner is good too, you can taste real Czeck specials.

far away from the bus and train station, or maybe all hotels are just this far.The price is a bit high. You may find some hotels far cheaper locally.

Great, courteous staff who allowed me a late checkout. Small, clean room for an unbeatable budget rate. Excellent breakfast.

Was sad that the hotel no longer has an agreement with the Chateau Spa for a discount.

The location was fabulous! We thought about staying @ the Grand Hotel Pupp, but chose this one because it was more intimate. The breakfast each day was fantastic. We had a balcony room, so we spent happy hour there each day with our wine and cheese! The staff was very knowledgeable, and helped us find a wonderful restaurant for dinner (The Embassy). Overall a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is in need of an update in some areas. The covering on our balcony floor was shabby, the patio cover on the terrace was dirty, and the 70's musak I the dining room was annoying. If music is need at all...perhaps classical??

Very nice hotel. Facilities are old style but renewed. Very good staff. It is situated in the middle of the Hot Spot of Karlovy Vary. Price is a little bit high, if compared to similar hotels in Prague, for example.I Reccomend.

Very friendly staff in the restaurant, location is very good as you can reach the town centre very fast. Food in the hotell was quite good.

Although we booked a room with a bath, we got one without bath. We paid for this luxury and we did not get at least discount when they found out the mistake. It made our stay a bit difficult as we travelled with a baby. The hot water then kept coming on and off(impossible to shower a baby!!).

Alexander (at reception) was wonderful. He helped arrange tours, spa packages and give suggestions. Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner. Great location. We walked to everything.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Not easy to find without a navigation system, and be sure to reserve a parking space in advance. Worth paying the extra for a superior room with a balcony and a view of the town. True you look out onto a hideous 70s concrete spa centre, but all around you have wonderful views of the elegant town and the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best I have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazingly pleasant, friendly and helpful and spoke good English (and I assume Czech, German and Russian).

The hotel, like the whole town it seems, goes to bed at around 21:00 and it's impossible to get even a coffee. At least it did in October when we were there. Don't let this put you off; there are tea making facilities in the room and the softest bathrobes you could imagine.....

Location was very good. Central SPA on the other side of the street. Good choice for breakfast. Very quiet area.

Rooms (we took quadruple room) were very simple, even ugly. Also no bath.
