My stay at the Hotel Savoy was excellent. I really enjoyed it! The location is perfect - it takes a short walk to the downtown. The staff was very helpful and I didn't experience any problems whilst staying at this hotel. |

Nice hotel, room was big and comfy. We got an extra deal with a drive around town with a picknickbasket which was very nice. Although the Spa was going to close they opened the it for us to use the sauna. Staff is very nice. Breakfast could be better in the choice they offer. If you are a tourist the hotel is not very close to the old town. |

Comfortable room, very clean. Day staff were very helpful. Proximity to castle and restaurants very good. Breakfast was very good and varied. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Dvd rental very expensive - around £8 for 24 hours plus a £35 refundable deposit - would expect this to be free in a 5* hotel. Bar very expensive. Free mini bar but did not include any spirits. |

The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging. We had a problem with the fridge in our room and within 5 minutes a new fridge was being put in! Also the service in the restaurant and bar was impeccable. I cant fault anything about this hotel. |

Communciation with the hotel prior to arrival was excelent. Great attention to detail and incredible dedication to service. They picked up on the fact it was my birthday and greeted us with champagne, fruits, cheeses and a small chocolate cake. Their concierge was incredibly helpful. Not being familiar with Prague, the pick up late at night at the train station was well worth the 500 korunas. Staff is very well trained to please you, but when things do not go quite right, they have difficulty handling the situation which sometimes leads to disappointment because of lack of follow through. Recommend training in problem/conflict resolution. |

DieEinrichtung ist warm und edel und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausnehmend freundlich und professionel im Restaurant wie im Rest ders Hotels. Die Bar und die Lobby sind wundersschön, wie auch die Halle und die Zimmer. Im Restaurant wurde krampfhaft versucht international zu wirken, ws schief ging. Tausendmal wäre besser statt Pasta und schlechtem Thunfisch, beste tschechische Küche zu servieren. |

スタッフはとても親切だった。部屋のトイレがバスと分かれていてとても使いやすかった。スパも貸し切りで使- うことができた。 少し中心部から離れているため、街中に行くために急な坂を下っていかなければならなかった。ミニバーが補充- されていなく何度か催促するかたちとなった。 |

Freundlichkeit, sehr guter Service, Aufmerksamkeit, Sauberkeit und gute Hygiene, sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Essen am Abend, ruhige Lage, sehr gutes Personal, Überraschung für Geburtstag mit Obstkorb im Zimmer. Habe nichts gefunden, was mir nicht gefallen hätte. |

Personnel aimable et dévoué. Equipements d'un très bon niveau. Le rapport qualité / prix des prestations du restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas optimal : prix trop élevés pour ce qui est offert, surtout en comparaison avec les prestations d'autres restaurants de la même catégorie à Prague. |
