Very nice room and great minibar. Celebrated my birthday with a cake and sparkling wine supplied by the manager

A bit quiet. Need to leave the hotel if you are looking for a bit of life.

Spa - no staff around twice whilst using facilities

It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated.

Everything. It was one of our best holidays in the past years. Politeness, cleaness, beautiful room and fantastic food. It was a pleasure to be guests at the Savoy and we will go back anytime again and again!

Great location in a quiet part of the city away from the mass of tourists but yet still close to the main sights of the cathedral and castle.

quiet area and free mini bar which is unusual.

The hotel is far from the center and instead of having free shuttle from and to the center,they arrange a hotel car charging you more than three times what a decent taxi charge you(AAA taxi for example).

Friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job and the conceirge helped me purchase a printer.

Hotel car is expensive compared to local taxis. The TV has a very limited selection of English speaking channels.

Price/quality relation, extremely friendly staff all over, excellent breakfast and big rooms, incl. bath room and (free) minibar.

The cynic may say that it is a small distance from the heart of the city, then again, trams are stopping in front of the hotel and the ride is just great

sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Hotelmitarbeiter, sehr sauber

Das Frühstück war gut. Es entspricht aber nicht dem sonst sehr hohen Standard des Hotels
