The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging. We had a problem with the fridge in our room and within 5 minutes a new fridge was being put in! Also the service in the restaurant and bar was impeccable. I cant fault anything about this hotel. |

Communciation with the hotel prior to arrival was excelent. Great attention to detail and incredible dedication to service. They picked up on the fact it was my birthday and greeted us with champagne, fruits, cheeses and a small chocolate cake. Their concierge was incredibly helpful. Not being familiar with Prague, the pick up late at night at the train station was well worth the 500 korunas. Staff is very well trained to please you, but when things do not go quite right, they have difficulty handling the situation which sometimes leads to disappointment because of lack of follow through. Recommend training in problem/conflict resolution. |

Quied and a nice walk to town No swimmingpool allthougt it's a five star hotel. In the year 2008 we prefer 5star hotels with swimmingpoll insted of a jacouzie, thats what we have at home. During cold and rainwetter, it would be nice. |

Very nice room and great minibar. Celebrated my birthday with a cake and sparkling wine supplied by the manager A bit quiet. Need to leave the hotel if you are looking for a bit of life. |

тихо, уютно (приватно) отличная кухня. у нас горничная своровала пару безделушек - отель пытался замять это бутылкой шампанского - так что пользуйтесь сейфом. номера одного класса все !!разные!! - если не нравится - попросите переселить. добавить систему автоматического извещения о присутсвии гостей в номере для горничных, чтобы не тревожили понапрасну. отель не очень далеко, но высоко относительно старого города и близко от пражского замка ездить только на трамвае или такси. тяжело с магазинами в округе. |

Lage des Hotels, Zimmer mit Minibar inklusive, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich, großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne Wellnessbereich etwas klein und alt, kein Schwimmbad, Frühstück sehr kleine Auswahl, Servicemitarbeiter überfordert mit Platzierung und Eiergerichten. |

Слегка далековато от Карловарского моста, проблема даже не в расстоянии, а в необходимости идти в гору на протижении всего пути. Для нежелающих - 22 трамвай от метро Малостранска. Слегка пошарпанные номера, не свежий ковролин в номере, затертый мрамор в ванной. Есть бесплатное джакузи и 2 сауны бесплатно в подземном этаже. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Отличные завтраки. Нехватает мелочей для 5 звезд: шоколадки на ночь, прогноза погоды на следующий день. Сменить ковролин в номере. |

プラハ城のすぐ近くで、観光に出かけるにはちょうどいい。旧市街には遠いので、夜の食事を取る街並みには少し遠いが、地下鉄カラトラムに乗継ぎ、駅の前にホテルがあり便利。冬のオフ価格でもあるが、朝の豪華な食事込みの、伝統的高級ホテルでこの価格はお得。 |

フロントの対応も丁寧で部屋も広く清潔。食事もおいしく頂けました。 換気ファンが壊れていた。調節用のダイアル自体が壊れていたので随分前からこの状態だったのでしょう。 |

L' hotel è facilmente raggiungibile in auto , in zona tranquilla , vicino a castello , Cattedrale, Monastero Prahov e Santuario Loreta.. Anche il centro è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi o con mezzi pubblici ( tram linea 22 con fermata a poche decine di metri ) . |
