Cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet location. Cold and not too clean water in the swimming pool. Hotel staff does not speak English - German and Czech language only. No extra room for the bicycles. Extra charge for the parking! Poor food - it is better to go to the town to eat much better and less expensive food. |

Nice rooms, good breakfast. Nice place with a fantastic wiew to the mountains. Good place if you want to walk around nearby. |

It was a lovely hotel with spacious rooms, breakfast had good slection, dinner was also quiet nice. good location close to ski slopes. Staff generally had limited english & the wellness centre was disappointing- pool was cold, no towels, had to use room towels. |

Zbyt słaba obsługa jak na 4 gwiazdki. Brak ręczników i szlafroków w recepcji basenu. Pan rozbrajająca szczerościa powiedział, że są po prostu brudne. Po czseku i po niemiecku, bo innych języków nikt w hotelu nie uzywa. Zupełnie nikt nie mówi po angielsku. Bez zaangażowania, brak dbałości o dostateczny poziom. Hotel trochę nierówny: łazienka w porządku, pokoje "trącają myszką" wkrada się klimat "wczasów zakładowych". |

Das erste Mal über Booking gebucht und sofort begeistert! Das Familienzimmer war super groß, wie 2 Doppelzimmer, ein sehr großes Bad mit riesiger Dusche und im Flur einen Wandschrank mit Safe. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon. Wir hatten Glück und keine Schrägen im Zimmer. Das Hotel war neu renoviert, mit Flachbildschirm, neuen Möbeln, top Ausstattung. Muss man in Deutschland erstmal finden! Wellnessbereich war gut und empfehlenswert die Massagen (gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). Das Frühstücksbüffet war einmalige Spitze! Auch das findet man nicht allzu oft in Urlaubshotels. Von allem dabei, ausreichend und immer frisch nachgefüllt. Der Service zum Frühstück war nicht gut. Die Kellner rannten wie ohne Kopf rum. Da fehlt der Überblick eines Restaurant-Chef´s. Im Winter stell ich mir das chaotisch vor. Der Pool war aufgrund von sehr vielen Kleinkindern total unsauber geworden. Da fehlte wohl die Hygienekontrolle. Aber liegt ja auch viel an den Eltern, die sowas zulassen! |

Der Preis. Die Bar und wenn man das Hotel nur zur Übernachtung nutzt weil man danach sowieso in dei Berge will ist das Okay. Die Zimmer waren um16:00 noch immer nicht gemacht, das Frühstück glich dem der Einnahme in einer Bahnhofshalle, Die Nutzung der Wellnessangebote war nicht möglich da bereits ausgebucht.Gleiches gilt für den Schönheitssalon. |

Die Eigenklassifikation mit 4* ist sicherlich zu hoch gegriffen. Aber vom Service und der Qualität der Leistungen sind sicherlich 3 1/2 * angemessen. Hervorragend war die Auswahl und die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets. Leider hat das Hotel im Sommer keine Außen-Gastronomie. Ein Café draußen hätte sicherlich weitere Anreize gehabt. |

Zeer mooi gelegen in de stad Harrochov. Je kijkt uit op de bergen. Zeer mooi en comfortvol hotel. Ruime kamer met zeer mooie badkamer. Perfect onderhouden. Vriendelijk personeel. Je voelt er je vlug thuis. De toegang tot het zwembad is slechts tot 18u ! Nadien moet je betalen per uur ! Dit vind ik toch een beetje overdreven. En wat is er leuker dan na een uitstap nog eens te kunnen gaan zwemmen. Er zijn wagentjes voorzien voor de bagage doch je kan er niet in het hotel mee komen zonder dat je trappen moet doen !!!! |

Es ist einsehr modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Nach anfänglicher Zuweisung eines Behindertenzimmers und der Wechsel in ein Zimmer mit schlechtem Ausblick lief alles gut. Da wir mit einem Hund gereist sind, hat es uns erstaunt, dass man ihn nicht mit ins Restaurant nehmen durfte. Das sollte unbedingt in die Hotelbeschreibung eingefügt werden. |

w hotelu tym jest bardzo dobra baza welness, jest czysto, schludnie, choć widać, iż jest to odremontowany komunistyczny styl. Ale remont był gruntowny, więc tylko niektórych rzeczy nie udało się ukryć. Fajne jest to, że hotel jest przyjazny zwierzętom, przyjeżdżali ludzie nawet z kilkoma psami! brak podjazdów dla wózków, personel słabo znający język angielski i bardzo bardzo skromny parking jak na hotel o tylu miejscach i pokojach. Zdarzało się, że nie było gdzie zaparkować, więc człowiek zmuszony był parkować pod lasem, do którego każdy mógł wejść i od tej strony samochód okraść, idea zatem parkingu strzezonego (wjazd za szlabanem!) została kompletnie wypaczona! Dodam, że za parking płaci się dodatkowo, wcale niemało, goście hotelowi szukają na nim miejsca, a dla personelu, tuż przy hotelu zarezerwowanych jest chyba z 10 miejsc, to naprawdę bzdura i spore utrudnienie, zwłaszcza, jak się ma kilka walizek, dzieci i psa |
