The hotel offers a comfortable stay in a lovely setting. The breakfast is varied and frequently replenished, bar prices are not unreasonable and the rooms come well-equipped. The staff, despite having a very large number of guests to see to, were always friendly and happy to help. Overall a very pleasant stay - we will definitely return to this hotel! A minor point: there was nowhere to leave our luggage on the last day of our stay after we had checked out and before we were able to board our bus home. We were instructed to leave it in a disabled toilet, which seemed odd. Nothing was stolen and we were able to retrieve our cases just fine, but it's the first time I've stayed in a hotel that doesn't have a dedicated luggage store and I was a little worried about our bags during the time that we were away from them. |

Cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet location. Cold and not too clean water in the swimming pool. Hotel staff does not speak English - German and Czech language only. No extra room for the bicycles. Extra charge for the parking! Poor food - it is better to go to the town to eat much better and less expensive food. |

It was a lovely hotel with spacious rooms, breakfast had good slection, dinner was also quiet nice. good location close to ski slopes. Staff generally had limited english & the wellness centre was disappointing- pool was cold, no towels, had to use room towels. |

Das Hotel ist schön ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Der Bereich Service und Freundlichkeit ist noch weit vom mitteleuropäischen Standard entfernt. Die 4 Sterne passen nicht zu dem was geboten wird. |

Alles was positief. Het personeel, de kamers, prijs kwaliteits verhouding was meer dan prima. Wat er aan negatieve beoordelingen staat t.o.v. dit hotel is onjuist. Het eten in het a la carte restaurant is prima. Ontbijt is ook prima. Het bij te boeken dinner restaurant is minder van kwaliteit. |

Mir hat die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Angebot in der Lobby (Kaffee, Bar, Kamin) und die beiden Restaurants (Buffet/Club-Restaurant) haben mir gefallen. Die Wellness-Angebote (Massagen, Swimming Pool, Sauna) sind ein großes Plus! Die auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung stehenden Gläser wurden während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht einmal gereinigt. An der Rezeption musste man teilweise sehr lange warten. Im Zimmer hatte man nachts eine relative laute Geräuschkulisse aus Heizung und Transformator für die elektrische Versorgung (im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers). |

Die Möglichkeit die in anspruchgenommenen kostenpflichtigen Leistungen (Gastronomie) über die Zimmerrechnung buchen zu können. die Freundlichkeit der Damen an der Rezeption. Gute, schmackhafte und reichliche Speisenauswahl. Die Anzugsordnung und das Auftreten der jungen Damen im Service. Keine einheitliche Kleidung, z. T. unpassende Konfektionsgröße bei den Blusen, lange offen getragene Haare. |

The family room met our expectation, plus for a free parking. Pokój rodzinny spełniał nasze oczekiwania, miła obsługa, bezpłatny parking. Smoking in the lobby, fire-place room, cafe area, snooker, table tennis and even kids corner were full of cigarette smoke - did not use those places because of the smoke. Very poor food quality and variety. Cold water in the pool - kids did not use it. Zadymiony hall, kawiarnia, miejsce kominkowe a nawet miejsce z TV dla dzieci , bilard, stół do pingoda i plac zabaw dla dzieci - nie korzystaliśmy z tych urządzeń z powodu ciągłego zadymienia tytoniem. Bardzo słaba kuchnia/wyżywienie. Zimna woda w basenie uniemożliwiała kąpiele dzieciom. |

In unseren Augen kein 4 Sterne Hotel.Sehr ungepflegtes und unfreundliches Personal im Gastronomie Bereich. Wir mussten unser Abendessen stornieren weil um 18 Uhr alles wie ausgebombt war.Wir mussten ohne Abendessen ins Bett gehen.Keine Minibar keine Duschvorleger und im Austausch die schmutzigen Handtücher zurück erhalten.Alles NR Zimmer. Toilettenpapier auf Zuteilung. Im kompl. Hotel keine Karte vom Ort oder Umgebung. |

Dobra lokalizacja, dobra relacja ceny do zakresu usług Próba wystawienia rachunku na wyższą kwotę niż w rezerwacji booking, bardzo zimna woda w basenie - personel twierdził, że ma 27 st. :), utrudniona komunikacja w J.angielskim, problemy z parkowaniem - pomimo płatnego parkingu nie jest on należycie odśnieżany |
