Rooms are big enough, but furniture gives feeling of a dormitory. English speaking staff is definetely an asset. Situated in a good place close to tram stop and a big shopping center. Recommended as a place for non-fastidious guests. Kitchen available for extra charge only. Narrow entrance to parking. Very simple breakfast without hot meals and fruits with vegetables. Be aware with their exchange rate, as to my great surprise they converted Euros to Kc by their own course which was on 10% higher and I had to pay more than expected. |

Very good breakfast, simply but very completed. Rooms very large and staff friendly and multilingual. Building very close to city Center by foot or 1 metro stop To Praha1. Very very suggested ! They have a discount for a restaurant / Pizzeria il pomodoro 300 meters far from Hotel, low prices and high quality. Thanks |

The staff were very pleasant and always helped where they could. The beds were comfortable and the room a good size, By the advert we did expect a small kitchen area in the room but found it to be a communial kitchen. If we had realized this we would have taken a travel kettle for a morning cuppa. |

The room was gigantic - a full two room apartment though we were only two people. All furnitures seemed to be new, but it wasn't very cozy. The subway was 10 minutes away, and the centre was 20 min away by foot. Nice with fridge and kitchen. I think the hotel is perfect for longer stays because of the size of the rooms and the kitchens. Yes, the breakfast was dull, but no different from any budget hotel in eastern Europe. It was not a very beautiful nor interesting area, though it was a MAJOR plus to have a great shopping centre near it. |

It was very clean The placement of hotele is not very good. It was something like "industrial zone", but not far from center (few stations in tramway) |

Location is good. Planty of space (two huge rooms with kitchen). Big, comfortable beds, very functional furniture (looks new). Friendly staff. 24-hours reception. Options for early check-in and late check-out. slow water drain in shower |

We selected the hotel on price, and there were few frills, but the basics were ok. It was particularly handy to have a small kitchen with a refrigerator. Also, although it is not particularly close to the city centre, the public transport links were excellent, particularly the no. 9 tram route that goes from 200m from the hotel right into the centre. Other than breakfast, there was no food available, which was a disappointment as we had an evening flight. I also didn't like that the hotel always wanted us to leave the key at reception, which was then put on an open rack so it was possible to see who was in or out.. |

The location, it allows a nice walk near the river, after the confusion of the tourist attractions and it's near a shopping center. The staff. The room. The facilities. Nice breakfast. |

Really big room space. It was like a suite room. The refrigerator was very convenient. TESCO(huge super market) is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The shower hose was very shabby. The gum hose was bailed out from the metal cover. |

The rooms were very big and the furniture modern and new (except bathroom). Very nice staff (also helpful!) and a very good central location of the hotel in relation to the room rates. A lot of space for luggage...We enjoyed the weekend! Breakfast is not so extraordinary, but essentials are there and the rooms have also own kitchens for preparing food. |

everygood. staff very helpful.breakfast was very good always plenty to eat .over all a great stay and have all ready recommended it to my friends. 2 single beds pushed together do,s not make a double bed not very romantic |

How helpful the reception staff were and that there was a 24 hr reception Water wasn't very hot and there was no kettle in the kitchen of the apartment. Also, the breakfast could have provided more choice. |

Spacious appartment, polite and helpful frontdesk. Wifi internet connection availiable 24h. Close to tram and Andel shopping center. Poor appartment cleaning. Towels were changed only when thought we were leaving..When arrived pillow cases were dirty, there was no soap. During five days of residence, no trash was removed from appartment and no extra toilet paper was brought (we had to ask to get some).No fault of the maid.She had to clean all appartments, make breakfast and clean breakfast area! Tiepolo needs cleaning personel! |

The staff were most helpfull. I was given lots of details on travel about Prague also recommendations for restaurants, which lived up to expectations. Thankyou. If we came to Prague again we would definately stay ar this hotel. |
