breakfast was poor..staff were not friendly
Location, convenience, comfort, staff, value.
At the first day our rooms were not available without telling us something. They told us a really stupid exuse and they forced us to go to an another hotel with low quality! We also suspect that the rooms were booked twice. Inacceptaple!!! I would never choose that hotel again!
Personal - really helpful Tea time and the possibility to get a tea pot into the room Location - close to the train station, trams and city centre
That was the loudest bed I've ever slept on.
The hotel booked the amount for a day in my credit card, and on check out I have learned that they have withdrawn the frst day's fee from my credit card though this was not specified on the reservation page, and I have preffered to pay in cash.
This hotel was great value for money. The rooms are modern, well-heated (important for winter travelers), very clean. Location - 5 minute walk to the nearest metro, 10 minute walk to the Wenceslas Square, 20 minute walk to the old town. Many delicious restaurants nearby. Incredibly helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
All of the staff were lovely and very helpful, however the last staff member we dealt with wasn't so polite (we asked her kindly to fill up our water bottle before our overnight train, and she was very dissatisfied). Otherwise, no complaints.
Helpful staff on reception. Tea.
Terrible staff on breakfast. We couldn't sit where we wanted although there was a lot of free tables in the breakfast area. We took additional chair to put handbag, the staff took that chair away from us without saying something. There was no available additional clean cups. Breakfast staff relation was really terrible. Also we waited a lot for check in, our room was not cleaned and ready for a long time.
The staff and the room.
the staff were really friendly and helpful
the wifi connection in the room was not so good
close to public transport and the room was nice and big and good wifi.
the room had 2 heaters but was still cold and when you put your hand up against the window you could feel the breeze coming in. The blankets were not that warm either although when we stayed it was -10 so might have had something to do with it.
Good in almost all aspects especially the location, the attitude of the staff (especially the receptionist), wifi.
The elevator is very slow and inefficient - not a deal breaker though.
The staff is friendly. excellent location not too large rooms but very clean good breakfast
Hotel's Staff. Great location. Very comfortable. Closer to metro station I. P. Pavlova.
Some noise from the street because my room facing the Sokloska street.
I like the location, the heating system, cleanliness, the bathroom, the internet connection, free tea at 5 pm.
I don't like the squeaky bed, but it was comfortable. So if you don't mind, it is not that bad.
Excellent value for money. Clean and tidy. Modern room and warm. Excellent Wi Fi.
Breakfast was adequate regarding food but poor service. Disposable table mats were stained and used from previous guests on table. Food not replaced when running low.
Location Friendly reception staff Clean
Grumpy kitchen staff
The parking was great right in front of the hotel. The location is close to many attractions. The rooms are clean.
The breakfast was not a good value and the seating was limited. I couldn't find a place to sit down although there were other guests dining. The room was warm as there isn't air conditioning but it did cool down at night.
Location, though not being in the city center, it's just 1 subway stop from vaclav square and easy to get to by tram. Breakfast was good (ham, cheese, eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt, pastry, juices and coffee) The rooms are not new, but clean and bathroom was new and clean as well. Personnel was very kind and helpful. It's a good and cheap choice.
Rooms facing the main street are noisy. There are double wood windows, but they just soften the traffic noise. Anyway, it's not that bad once you get used to it.
The breakfast was insufficient and the food stale. The waitress was rude, talking on her cell phone. The staff wasn't helpful, the elevator was obsolete, and the beds were uncomfortable. Never again!
Location. Five minutes easy walk from IP Pavlova Metro/Tram station. Room was well-serviced everyday during my stay. Breakfast was plentiful and weekends also saw scrambled egg and bacon laid out. Reception staff are efficient and friendly.
It was all good.
very close to centrum, good servis in room
1) bathroom needs renovation; 2) breakfast - monotonous, fresh bread mixed with the old one, cakes unattainable, service dining incompetent - not reacting in time for the lack of products and dishes, bread and cakes served with bare hands, with a rag.... It is not a proper service (only one person in the kitchen and on the floor) for a 3-star hotel. wi-fi - very very slow...
Hotel's placement near the city center.Reception staff was friendly and professional.Room and bathroom very clean.
Crowded at breakfast time;only one person serving the guests.
a supermarket cross the street; staff was helpful. very close to subway, couple place to eat around the station. walking distance to old city and museum.
parking garage is 15 mins away by walking; aircon is slow but still working. wifi wasn't stable
Hotel Tivoli Prague is a small family-run hotel about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Prague, conveniently close to Metro station Pavlova. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good, but limited to cold buffet. Free tea and biscuits were available to guests at 5pm. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Crossing roads in Prague is dangerous! However, all crossings have pedestrian lights, and although they take a while to turn in favour of pedestrians, it is the ONLY save way to cross the road!
Staff were excellent returned after a few days to recover lost property
Very slow lift !!
