Location, shuttle bus to airport

At least a bottle of water on the table as welcoming is not that expensive for the hotel! Not nice!

The location

The food and drink were very expensive and not a good value. I would stay there again but not eat or drink there.

Handy access to the airport, clean and nicely furnished.

Very expensive and not much choice for dining facilities. The only restaurant available was also very expensive.

Not the most friendly staff. Food is very expensive!

It's very convenient for catching a flight out from the airport. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport. It's also on the 119 bus line from downtown Prague so it's easy to get to from there. The room was very comfortable and modern in design.

I had one small complaint. The room was set up for instant coffee, but only decafinated coffee was supplied. When I asked at the front desk for regular coffee they didn't to seem to know was I was talking about. However, they did check to see what else was avaiable, but only decafinated coffee was available.

Great dinner in the restaurant, nice spacious room.

Hotel seems to have a problem with their heating system. The room was unbearably hot and the staff could not fix the situation and they didn't offer other accommodations.

Great location when you have a 6 am flight....typical airport hotel - clean, simple, everything worked.

The free taxi to go airport early in the morning !

Cleanliness and proximity to the airport

Could get really noisy. There was some sort of a sign underneath our room window, which was creating a lot of noise with the wind.

Close to the airport. Offer pick-up service even late at night.

Breakfast was a little bit shabby..

- Since we walked into the hotel, we didn't feel we were welcome - the waiting time for the free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel, although it's 5 mins away, Even The staff confirmed 5 mins will be there, it might be 30mins in the winter. If you are willing to use this service in winter, be prepared. - checked your bill first, before pay it - the breakfast is not value for money. Based on what they can offer, it's a rip off - I experienced the problem of drainage in the bath tube, the staff came in and told me this is the same in all hotel in Czech republic. However I stayed in Czech for a week, the blocked drainage is my first experience.then the staff walked off, completely ignore customer concern. - this holiday inn has no customer service conscious at all, which is below their standard

Convenience. Staff organised my reservation depsite not having any record of it from Booking.Com

The Booking.Com reservation wasn't in their system when I arrived.

Comfortable and warm.There was a free shuttlen bus to and from the airport for arrivals and departures .a public bus stop for the airport was directly outside the hotel .This was helpful if you had time to spare before flying

Initially difficult to find.Free shuttle needs to be better advertised .It was supposed to be 300metres from hotel.This seemed a bit inaccurate unless it was as the crow flies
