Handy access to the airport, clean and nicely furnished. Very expensive and not much choice for dining facilities. The only restaurant available was also very expensive.

It's very convenient for catching a flight out from the airport. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport. It's also on the 119 bus line from downtown Prague so it's easy to get to from there. The room was very comfortable and modern in design. I had one small complaint. The room was set up for instant coffee, but only decafinated coffee was supplied. When I asked at the front desk for regular coffee they didn't to seem to know was I was talking about. However, they did check to see what else was avaiable, but only decafinated coffee was available.

Everything was ok, except that we had two rooms and in both of them was really really hot. The air condition didn't work and you couldn't open windows.

Great dinner in the restaurant, nice spacious room. Hotel seems to have a problem with their heating system. The room was unbearably hot and the staff could not fix the situation and they didn't offer other accommodations.

The room was clean and of a good standard. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and was relatively cheap. The staff, generally seemed to be not happy, not well trained and refused to book a taxi with another company (aaa) - which we found ourselves and paid significantly less than the hotel fixed rate. The hotel was overheated.

It's close to the airport (3 minutes to get there by hotel shuttle bus), good for early flights. Staff has been kind and prompt. I've found a used towel in the room, WiFi access was difficult and discontinuous and, finally, the room was very noisy due to air conditioning that, even in off mode, produced a continuous fan noise.

Cleanliness and proximity to the airport Could get really noisy. There was some sort of a sign underneath our room window, which was creating a lot of noise with the wind.

-Location - Since we walked into the hotel, we didn't feel we were welcome - the waiting time for the free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel, although it's 5 mins away, Even The staff confirmed 5 mins will be there, it might be 30mins in the winter. If you are willing to use this service in winter, be prepared. - checked your bill first, before pay it - the breakfast is not value for money. Based on what they can offer, it's a rip off - I experienced the problem of drainage in the bath tube, the staff came in and told me this is the same in all hotel in Czech republic. However I stayed in Czech for a week, the blocked drainage is my first experience.then the staff walked off, completely ignore customer concern. - this holiday inn has no customer service conscious at all, which is below their standard
