Qiet, cosy room. Lovely big bed. Fantastic shower. The cinderella-like- breakfast room makes lovely start to a day. Location dead handy. Lovely pub right beside the hotel. The lift is slightly small to get in with lugagge.

good price for the good location. in a quiet side of mala strana but still walking distance to charles bridge and other famous sites of prague. we also got free parking, which is a big plus! breakfast is poor, especially coffee and juice (watery). the rooms are a bit oldfashioned and old but the good location of the hotel is great!

Great Location Our room was very big Very Clean Very nice places to grab something to either eat or drink close to the hotel 1)I specifically asked for a double room and I got two single beds one next to each other covered with one sheet. Moreover, we had two single duvets! 2) 20 euros for a hair-dryer????? I might as well buy one. 3) The croissants were overcooked each morning

Very clean and practical. The superb location. Good coffee and nice pickles/salads for breakfast. I would say it is not your typical chain hotel and has a charm! Room 406 were we stayed was nice and big however there was some sort of noises going on from electrical box attached to wall near the door. We worked out how to stop it (my clever partner) but I would recommend strongly to fix it.

The Hotel is ideal for short trips. The room was very comfortable for a middle-aged couple. The breakfast is good, but the quaility of the coffee is a bit poor. The staff is kind, helpful and can speak English. The location is perfect, you can reach the inner city in 5 minutes by tram or not more than 20 minutes walking. The price is really inline with the comfort and services. We really recommend the Hotel for medium budget travellers.

Very comfortable room & fornitures. Also note that you have a very good position in town, with tram(s) passing just in front of the hotel, but very silent at night, with a extremely good insulation of the room (thermic and sufficiently for acustic insulation). Soap and other consumable things don't get refilled (there are dispensers like the one you find on public toilet), so mind this if you plan on staying for a long period of time, also note that to have your towels changed, when you think it's the time, you have to trow them on the floow, so they will change it (it was written on a tiny note on the wall and we didn't notice the first day).

Hotel William is just perfect. The location is great, the breakfast is good and enough, the beds are comfortable, the wc well equipped and the general cleanliness is superb. I would come back for sure. The only "bad" point is the noise. We had a room facing the straat and the noise of the trams was little bit annoying. If you are noise sensible it'd better you ask for a inner room.

The hotel has a very good location: only a 10-minute walk from the city center and very close to transport facilities (the tram station is exactly near the hotel) and the metro station is 2-tram stops away. The interior design of the hotel is very pleasant and reminds of the old noble mansions. The room is quite big and spacious as well as the bathroom. The food was to our taste (eggs, sausages, various types of bread, cheese, ham, salads, fruit, croissants) but "extreme" coffee drinkers (like myself) might find coffee weak - but this is just a minor aspect. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and a big plus for the hotel is the fact that breakfast is served until 10 a.m. (so late-sleepers may enjoy a longer sleep). In conclusion, if you plan a city break or just a trip to Prague, you should consider this hotel. Note: If you go by car (like we did), the hotel recommends a car park which is 200 m away. However, you can park your car in the "park and ride" areas which are usually close to the city exits but more importantly they are exactly near the metro stations and are somewhat cheaper (e.g. we paid 620 Kz (approx. 25 EUR) for 5 days of parking). (the only disadvantage in this case is that the person in charge of the parking lot does not speak English at all, but seems to be quite good at "sign language"). It might be a problem if you have a room facing the main street with the tramways because of the noise (we had a room facing the other street without tramways at the groundfloor and there wasn't so much noise). But, after a day of sightseeing, I can assure you that you won't hear a thing. Also, if you are too sensitive to noise, do not accept a room at the groundfloor (there are only 2 rooms) because they are quite close to the main doors which although are automatic they produce a squeaking noise every time they open and close. Nonetheless, this is just a minor aspect and can be avoided.

The reception staff works all night and is kind and helpful. The windows were not sound proof so we could hear all night trams and cars. The room was very small (3x3 m?) for two people.

Really cozy and confortable, the room was like a boat room, really nice and warm! Blankets and towel a little bit time-worn but in my opinion it is a good sign: a lot of people and washing at high temperature!! =) Really love to go back again!!

Absoulity do not go there! The room has been cleaned only twice in 5 days: the fourth only because we complain about it!! The room was dark and very noisy; we had no fridge nor air conditioner (they were very hot days). Cleaning service has very rude. We paid more of what was stated on the site, becouse they maneged to add an extra fee for exchange euros-czk.

Close location to my meeting. Great breakfast. I was told that "their" taxi is "fixed" price 420 cz, however taxi driver said it could be up to 450...which of course it was. When I saw that taxi driver even did not have a sign on the car, I was sad that hotel did not call regular taxi. I asked yellow taxi driver and price from William hotel to Florence bus station was 250, not 450! So, fixed price should at least be a fixed price or please give us an option of regular taxi driver. We would appreciate that. And taxi driver said waiting time is 10 mins and came in 20 mins... It is not a complaint but a fact. Next time I would recommend hotel services except asking for taxi, Thank you.
