Staff spoke good english even though they knew little about where things were - so it was not helpful anyway. This Hotel was horrible! You are better off spending a few more dollars to get a nicer hotel - it is not worth saving a few bucks to stay here. There was a major bug problem (I have never seen spiders that big!); It smelled aweful; the staff was unknowledgeble about the area; and the rooms look nothing like the pictures: the furniture is falling apart; the bed had couch cushions for a mattress; and there were chunks of concrete missing from the walls. Do not stay here!!!!

המיקום המרכזי. החדר וחדר האוכל זקוקים נואשות לחידוש. במשך 10 לילות לא הוחלפו המצעים ולו פעם אחת ואת המיטות לא מסדרים,רק פעם אחת שאפו את רצפת החדר,כיור חדר הרחצה מעולם לא נוכה.ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת מ8-10 אלא שב9 ורבע המבחר מתדלדל ולא תמיד אפשר לקבל את החסר.אבל-סלחנו.

Das Hotelmanagement ist über alles zu loben. Es hat mich sehr gut unterstützt. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen. Wie überall im historischen Zentrum von Karlsbad ist kein Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.Da hat das Hotel natürlich keinen Einfluss drauf, weil einfach kein Grundstück fütr Parkplätze da ist. Man muss halt etwas laufen oder ein Taxi nehmen.
