The hotel is located on a river, in a central location, with great room and spa amenities. Hotel staff members are friendly and efficient. The breakfast was balanced and nutritious with great varities. |

Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Large and comfortable room - good mattress. Quiet room, as there's virtually no traffic. Parking is a bit special in that the guy at the reception parks your car for you - 4 rows deep if necessary. the hotel is in an area of town known as the "spa area" and you're only allowed to drive your car in that area on the first and the last day of your stay - the way your car is parked for you, ensures that this is enforced. Park anywhere else in this area and your car is towed. The hotel has no style - it has been refurbished, but in poor taste, if any. As such, the hotel is satisfactory, but its claims to being a four star is a bit over the top. A good three star, at most. The price they quote on booking.com is in euros - but they ultimately bill you in crowns, based on their exchange rate, which is optimistic. |

Perfect location, has its own style and correspondent attitude, cozy, friendly personnel, good balneological treatment facilities, free WiFi. We had non-smoking room, however smoke was somehow penetrating into the room from other rooms or corridor - it was annoying. WiFi was not stable. Swimming pool and sauna for extra charge. |

Friendly and efficient staff . Food was good and we felt that the package we had was excellent value for money. View of Thermal Hotel opposite! And the noise from there. However the double glazing was very efficient and blocked out most of the noise. |

Excellent location. Bed in the standard room was too small; we would have liked to know this before booking. Cars were stacked bumper to bumper on the courtyard; we weren't allowed to move our car ourselves. |

The staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. My online requests for a balcony and a bathtub were granted and the room was very charming and romantic. The hotel is in a great location, it sits just on the outskirts of the spa district which gives you new opportunities to explore and much more affordable eating/shopping. |
