The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful although not everyone spoke English. They did everything to make our stay pleasant. They turned on the sauna and the steam and heated the whirlpool only for us. Strangely no other guests were using them, but I guess it's because there weren't many people there. I would suggest to other travellers to visit Karlovy Vary during spring or summer (during the film festival). The restaurant in the hotel is nice, but thre is not much variety of food . I eat mainly chicken and there was only one chicken meal in the menu and it was not very tasty.

Very good service and hotel, would highly recommend. Surrounding area is very beautiful. Very large comfortable room. Breakfast was extremely plentiful!

The loction of the hotel, the hotel room, the wellness-area in the hotel and the service made the stay a success. I will revisit the hotel if I decide to take a short vacation in town again.

really nice hotel, close to the spa centre; wellness area OK, but later in the evening it gets crowded; excellent breakfast; our room offered nice view of the town and the river design of the hotel and rooms, decoration, TV channels,...everything seems to be russian style oriented. Instead of 4 russian TV channels, we would prefer at least one music channel like MTV, Viva...but people do not go to Karlovy Vary to watch TV, so not a major problem.

We stayed with our whole family and we enjoyed this place very much but most of all the kind service of the restaurant. (I would like to thank the Mr. Rene.) The Wi-Fi in room 401 didn't work very well.

when i arrive, it was actually the international film festival and it is very fortunate to have a room right oppostie the film festival and from the room balcony, we can see the fireworks. it was beautiful and it was great! In general, the hotel was very clean and everything is superb it is a pity that we have to leave early in the morning and we miss breakfast.

Hotel location was very good.room was spacious,however air con.had problems Not having iron or ironing board in room or to borrow. Breakfast was very poor.hardlly any fruit,nothing cooked to order.Eggs were either solid fried or scrambled,left out so long had green around edge!When pastries were taken there were not refilled,so if not down by 9.30.hardly anything left.would not use this hotel again.

Room was ok, clean and quiet. It was very handy to be able to use the swimming pool, however, the sauna was switched off most of the time. Reception Staff were helpful. We booked the Delux Double room in this 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately, we did not feel the luxury of this room at all. The room was not supplied with the kettle and teacups, a few hangers were left by previous visitors. Breakfast , I wish, could be better, as sometimes was not much choice or empty containers.

Most of all I liked breakfasts in this hotel. Some dishes were different each day - very delicios and healthy. I also was amazed than they gave me a big package with breakfast in the early morning in the day of my departure. I liked the interior desine of the hotel. It is also good located in the center of Karlovy vary. If you prefer to sleep with your husband/wife on a big bed, it isn't in a standart room, it is better to book suite room or lux room.

Friendly hotel staff Elevator didn't work. There was no hot water,so we had to take cold shower. Spa althought didn't work. Breakfast could be better for 4**** hotel.
