Flot hotel med flot værelse(suite) og superflotte badeværelser. Flot spacenter. Mange gode faciliteter(massage, forskellige behandlinger osv). Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Supergod service. Restauranten lever ikke op til hotellets øvrige imponerende fremtræden, så den kunne de vinde en del på at gøre flot. |

Personale i spa afdeling bør tale andre sprog end tjekkisk og russisk når hotellet er baseret på europæiske turister.Utilfredsstillende at rengøringspersonale står på værelset kl. 8.30 om morgenen mens jeg er i bad og spørger om hun må gøre rent. Når hun fornemmer der er gæster på værelset bør hun trække sig tilbage. Disse ting bør ikke kunne ske på et hotel med en sådan standard. |

Very nice hotel, very clean and classy. Amazing food for lunch and dinner, breakfast was typical Europe style. Package deal for treatments were great. Massages are guy on guy and girl on girl. Not really a big deal, but if you're not into that, then skip the massage. |

The location is very in the middle of old and new town. we didn't try the spa facilities but they seemed clean and enough for a long weekend. They charge 12 euros for car parking for one day. i think it is a little high for this kind of small town. |

The hotel itself is very clean, new, plushly and elegantly decorated. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to stay in the dining room after hours and the waiter always let us know he would be happy to answer any questions we had. The reception also worked with me to accommodate all 12 people visiting so that we each had separate beds, and the main courses were good. Not the hotel specifically, but Czech appetizers and desserts leave to be desired (terrines and gooey/spongey cakes). It may take people from the N. America/Western Europe a bit of time to adjust to the Czech people's mentality which sometimes comes across as being abrupt and a bit cold. |

Breakfast was exellent, interior of the hotel, hotel is brand new, good location There were problems in my bathroom, and they were not fixed, and I asked to fix them several times. And the main thing is that when I arrived at this hotel with my friends, who also booked their room at booking.com, they were transreffed to another hotel because their room was damaged by water and there were no other free rooms (that is what we heard at the reception). I have never seen such a stupid and unpleasant situation before. |

The hotel was in the centre of all atractions. Great design, the room was not so big but it compensates in taste and confort. The staff was friendly and willing to satisfy your demands. Internet was free in our room , it was wifi and also cable |

The breafast was good and the room was clean and cozy. It was much too expensive for what they're offering. We took a confort room and it was kind of simple. Plus with that price we had to pay 8 euros per person, per day to acces the pool. |

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My wife was pregnant so the Spa treatments that she could participate in were limited but the staff improvised and gave her a really nice sitting massage and foot massage for a discounted price. We were allowed to lock our bags in the hotel before our check in time which was very helpful because we came several hours early and did not have a car or anywhere to keep our bags. The view out of our particular window wasn't the greatest. Showed the backside of some of the nextdoor buildings that haven't been kept up very well. |

We stayed in an apartment and it was excellent. Facilities and space were very good and the value for money was also excellent. A good location in the town although getting round the town by satnav can take you on a few diversion but it will always get you there. |

Location is fantastic in beautiful surroundings facilities are very good. All food and drink stoppped at 10pm we were in the middle of a meal when we were told we could have no more drink or even a dessert! |

The service from day of arrival till departure was as expected for this type of 4star rated hotel, meaning: good. The rooms were spacious and beds were great, rooms were cleaned; room for improvement: free wifi connection and dvd player should be available as a standard for the rms we stayed in: en-suite.The restaurant was superb and breakfast was well equipped |

We stayed during the Karlovy Vary film festival. The location was excellent, right opposite the main cinema where the premiere was held. The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly. |
