Room was small but nice and very clean. Quiet setting, very comfortable bedding. Dinner at restaurant Alexander was very disappointing. Baked duck was not freshly made, tasted like yesterday's leftover. Waiter paid little attention. |

Fairly central location. Some of the staff were very friendly others were not. The chambermaids are perfect and very kind. Standard room ( 307) has a very small double bed, only 1 chair and only czech television. ( bbc, cnn and german channels were not working) there was only one night table beside the bed. Making guests in a four star hotel pay 8 euro per day per person for the use of a pool that has the size of a small garden pond ( four strokes in lengths and width) is rediculous. |

Great location in Karlovy Vary close to both the spa precinct and the shopping mall Not easy get to by road. The online directions were incomplete and GPS locates the hotel in a no car zone. |

Hotel Reception was very courteous and helpful. English and German work ok with most of staff. Parking was available with a fee. We only stopped for one night to experience the town and a Spa treatment. We made a reservation for a massage, and found out that it was not recorded at the health desk. Needless to say we were disappointed. (We went to the Thai Spa at the Congress Center and it was marvelous!) |
