服务水准、内部设施与四星并不相称

Excellent location, staff is polite,very good breakfast and good value for the maney

The parking is difficult, not enough staff, the swimming pool is very tiny

I visited the sauna and Spa every day after playing tennis.

The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful although not everyone spoke English. They did everything to make our stay pleasant. They turned on the sauna and the steam and heated the whirlpool only for us. Strangely no other guests were using them, but I guess it's because there weren't many people there. I would suggest to other travellers to visit Karlovy Vary during spring or summer (during the film festival).

The restaurant in the hotel is nice, but thre is not much variety of food . I eat mainly chicken and there was only one chicken meal in the menu and it was not very tasty.

Very good service and hotel, would highly recommend. Surrounding area is very beautiful. Very large comfortable room. Breakfast was extremely plentiful!

really nice hotel, close to the spa centre; wellness area OK, but later in the evening it gets crowded; excellent breakfast; our room offered nice view of the town and the river

design of the hotel and rooms, decoration, TV channels,...everything seems to be russian style oriented. Instead of 4 russian TV channels, we would prefer at least one music channel like MTV, Viva...but people do not go to Karlovy Vary to watch TV, so not a major problem.

We stayed with our whole family and we enjoyed this place very much but most of all the kind service of the restaurant. (I would like to thank the Mr. Rene.)

The Wi-Fi in room 401 didn't work very well.

Hotel location was very good.room was spacious,however air con.had problems

Not having iron or ironing board in room or to borrow. Breakfast was very poor.hardlly any fruit,nothing cooked to order.Eggs were either solid fried or scrambled,left out so long had green around edge!When pastries were taken there were not refilled,so if not down by 9.30.hardly anything left.would not use this hotel again.

Location and comfort

The quality of the service, the staff politeness, very good food at a decent price. By reserving with Booking.com, we asked for a corner room facing the river (for the view), we got the best room of the hotel on top floor. Don't hesitate to try this hotel.

Friendly hotel staff

Elevator didn't work. There was no hot water,so we had to take cold shower. Spa althought didn't work. Breakfast could be better for 4**** hotel.
