The breakfast and location was good. The staff was helpful and nice.

The safebox and TV system could not work.

Friendly and efficient staff . Food was good and we felt that the package we had was excellent value for money.

View of Thermal Hotel opposite! And the noise from there. However the double glazing was very efficient and blocked out most of the noise.

The room was a good size for the price and the bed was very comfortable. Spa treatments were great. In walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect:superb room, excellent services, the staff is so friendly and helpfully and the SPA... don't miss. It was the most beautiful hotel that we stayed so far.

Location and room size was great. We had a large king size bed with separate dressing area and bathroom. We booked the Balneo package and the Spa services included a 20min massage, 20min herbal bath and 60min oxygen therapy per person. We didn't really get a choice of services but that was OK given how little we paid. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which was also included in our package. The food was OK, nothing great, but definitely edible. Be sure and check in at the restaurant when you arrive to get the choices of dinner or lunch. We did not do this and was just served what they selected for us, but at dinner they gave us the menu for the next day to select from 2 appetizers and 4 entrees per meal.

We selected the breakfast in the room option for our first morning and it arrived an hour after the time we selected and it arrived cold. We ended up having to call twice to inquire where it was. The next day we ate at the buffet and it was a much better selection of food. However, they did serve leftovers from lunch the day on the buffet which I thought a little strange. I haven't seen that done before in all our travels.
