Welness centre was only available after 3pm

The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful although not everyone spoke English. They did everything to make our stay pleasant. They turned on the sauna and the steam and heated the whirlpool only for us. Strangely no other guests were using them, but I guess it's because there weren't many people there. I would suggest to other travellers to visit Karlovy Vary during spring or summer (during the film festival).

The restaurant in the hotel is nice, but thre is not much variety of food . I eat mainly chicken and there was only one chicken meal in the menu and it was not very tasty.

Convenient location between springs and city. Nice wellness zone, steam room and Swimming pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Excellent services, size of room

Nothing particular comes to my mind, breakfast was kind of standard.

when i arrive, it was actually the international film festival and it is very fortunate to have a room right oppostie the film festival and from the room balcony, we can see the fireworks. it was beautiful and it was great! In general, the hotel was very clean and everything is superb it is a pity that we have to leave early in the morning and we miss breakfast.

Room was ok, clean and quiet. It was very handy to be able to use the swimming pool, however, the sauna was switched off most of the time. Reception Staff were helpful.

We booked the Delux Double room in this 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately, we did not feel the luxury of this room at all. The room was not supplied with the kettle and teacups, a few hangers were left by previous visitors. Breakfast , I wish, could be better, as sometimes was not much choice or empty containers.

I visited the sauna and Spa every day after playing tennis.

Zimmer war geschmackvoll u großzügig; Mitarbeiter Frühstückservice u Wellness nett

Der Spabereich (kl Schwimmbad, Whirlpool u Sauna) war zu klein für den Andrang; das Auftreten der Herren an der Rezeption ist etwas forsch.

- Freundlicher, guter Service - Servicepersonal deutschsprechend - Saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer - Wellnessbereich war gut zum entspannen geeignet

- Vorab keine Information über Parkmöglichkeiten, Parkplatzgebüren waren noch zusätzlich zu entrichten

Tolles Gebäude, sehr schön restauriert bzw. ausgebaut, sehr edel, sehr ansprechend. Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage ist genial. Nicht groß aber man kann ausgiebig schwimmen, da die Strömung kräftig ist. Auch der Whirlpool ist toll!! Es ist nicht einfach ein runder Pool, sondern vielmehr ein in mehrere (Sitz-)Bereiche aufgeteiltes Becken mit verschiedenen Massagedüsen. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ebenfalls gut.

Nicht gefallen hat uns die ungewöhnliche Hellhörigkeit trotz dicker Auslegware und guten Zimmertüren. Dadurch wurde man bereits am frühen Morgen durch das 'Lärmen' des Reinigungspersonals wach. Insbesondere die Personaltüre, hinter der sich vermutlich der Aufenthalts- und Putzraum verbirgt, fiel immer extrem lautstark ins Schloss... Im Wellnessbereich war es sehr unappetitlich, dass viele Gäste kein Handtuch in der Sauna zum Unterlegen benutzt haben. Es ist zwar vorgeschrieben, mit Badekleidung oder umgelegtem Handtuch zu sitzen, jedoch wird nicht auf das Benutzen von Unterlagen hingewiesen... Außerdem gibt es im Dampfbad kein Schlauch, mit welchem normalerweise die Sitzflächen vor und nach dem Benutzen abgespritzt werden könnten.
